Abstract
The invention discloses a freely rotatable ultra-long flexible pipe stretching experimental device, and belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering equipment. The device comprises a first bracket, a second bracket and a third bracket which are quickly detached through bolts, wherein a supporting component and a transparent protective cover are respectively arranged, and the length of the second bracket can be expanded through the addition of the second bracket. The hydraulic telescopic rod of the first bracket is connected with the experimental sample tube through the first flange, and the rotating angle measuring assembly of the third bracket is connected with the other end of the sample tube through the second flange and the universal joint, so that free rotation and angle measurement are realized. The first support is provided with a stretching length measuring component which moves along with the hydraulic telescopic rod to measure the length, and the first support and the third support are matched with a support compression measuring component to monitor the deformation of the supports. The supporting component can adjust the height of the sampling tube to ensure horizontal stress. The device has the advantages of simple structure, detachability and adjustable length, solves the problems that the existing device has limited length and high price and can not measure the stretching rotation angle, and is suitable for the stretching mechanical test of the ultra-long flexible pipe.
