Abstract
The invention provides a system and a method for monitoring and maintaining a filter on line, wherein the system comprises a filter, a monitoring system and a control system, the monitoring system comprises pressure sensors arranged at two ends of the filter and used for collecting pressures at two sides of the filter, the pressure sensors at two ends can monitor a numerical value under the condition that the filter operates normally, the control system monitors the state of the filter according to the difference value change of pressure data at two sides of the filter, if the pressure data difference value change monitored by the pressure sensor is normal, the monitoring is continued, and if the pressure data difference value change monitored by the pressure sensor is abnormal, the control system controls a three-way electromagnetic valve to switch waterways, so that the on-line monitoring and maintenance of the state of the filter is realized. The invention improves the reliability of the liquid cooling system by adding pressure monitoring at two ends of the filter and on-line maintenance measures.

Claims (6)
- 1. A system for monitoring and maintaining a filter on line is characterized by comprising a filter, a monitoring system and a control system, wherein the monitoring system comprises pressure sensors arranged at two ends of the filter and used for collecting pressures at two sides of the filter, the pressure sensors at two ends can monitor a numerical value under the condition that the filter operates normally, the control system monitors the state of the filter according to the difference value change of pressure data at two sides of the filter, if the pressure data difference value change monitored by the pressure sensors is normal, the monitoring is continued, and if the pressure data difference value change monitored by the pressure sensors is abnormal, the control system controls a three-way electromagnetic valve to switch waterways, so that the on-line monitoring and maintenance of the state of the filter are realized.

The system for on-line monitoring and maintenance of a filter according to claim 1, wherein the three-way solenoid valve is a two-in/two-out type, the two outlets are respectively corresponding to two filter pipelines, and when the control system judges that the filter is blocked and needs maintenance, the control system controls the three-way solenoid valve to switch to another waterway.
- 3. The system for on-line monitoring and maintenance of filters according to claim 1, wherein two pumps are fed to the same circulation line, and the two pumps can be operated simultaneously or as a single pump.
- 4.A method for on-line monitoring and maintenance of a filter, the method comprising the steps of: collecting pressure data at two ends of the filter in real time through a pressure sensor; transmitting the collected pressure data at two ends of the filter to a control system, and monitoring the state of the filter by the control system according to the difference value change of the pressure data at two ends of the filter; if the data are normal, continuing to monitor, and if the data are abnormal, controlling the three-way electromagnetic valve to switch the waterway.

The method for on-line monitoring and maintaining a filter according to claim 4, wherein the step of transmitting the collected pressure data at both ends of the filter to the control system, wherein the control system monitors the state of the filter according to the difference value of the pressure data at both ends of the filter, specifically comprises the step of monitoring the state of the filter according to the difference value of the pressure readings at both sides of the filter if the filter is clogged.

The method for on-line monitoring and maintaining a filter according to claim 4, wherein in the step of continuing monitoring if the data are normal and controlling the three-way electromagnetic valve to switch waterways if the data are abnormal, the three-way electromagnetic valve is a one-in two-out type, two outlets respectively correspond to two filter pipelines, and when the control system judges that the filter is blocked and needs to be maintained, the control system controls the three-way electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed to switch to another waterway, thereby realizing the function of on-line maintaining the waterway of the filter.

The filter can filter impurity etc. in the secondary side water route operation process, and the filter both ends are equipped with butterfly valve or other valve class, and the effect of valve is for cutting off the water route when the filter needs to maintain, changes the filter screen. However, the monitoring and maintenance of conventional CDU internal filters has the following problems: 1. the state of the filter cannot be monitored on line, and the blocking state of impurities in the waterway cannot be well judged; 2. In the maintenance process of the filter, the filter screen of the filter is replaced after the valve is manually operated, and the filter must be attended; 3. in order to maintain the filter, the two waterways are independent and the water pump resource can not be well utilized by the double redundancy design of the water pump.
