Description
Pollen counter Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of environmental monitoring, in particular to a pollen counter. Background Pollen content is a seasonal content of air quality monitoring, typically performed in the spring. The traditional pollen counting method mainly adopts a gravity sedimentation method to collect pollen, a slide coated with viscous substances such as vaseline, paraffin and the like is exposed to the outside air, the pollen is continuously settled and adhered to the surface of the slide along with the time, the slide is retrieved after a certain time, and the slide is dyed by using a colorant containing a solvent and then baked and fixed. Then, pollen classification and statistics counting are carried out by an artificial microscopic examination method, the pollen samples amplified by a biological optical microscope are carefully observed row by an experienced observer, the types of pollen particles are manually distinguished, and the number of different pollens and the total number of pollens are counted. Although the detection mode can meet the basic detection requirement, the detection efficiency is extremely low, and the time and the labor are wasted.
