- 1. A digital clothing embroidery pattern design system is characterized by comprising a clothing pattern module, a basic pattern library, a pattern retrieval module, a pattern superposition module, an effect rendering module and an effect display module, wherein the clothing scanning module is used for matching clothing patterns needing embroidery so as to obtain digital data of three-dimensional patterns of the clothing, the basic pattern library is used for storing digital information of a large number of embroidery patterns, the pattern retrieval module is used for quickly searching patterns needed in the basic pattern library, the pattern superposition module is used for superposing and combining selected patterns on a three-dimensional digital model of the clothing through digital design by a designer, the effect rendering module is used for rendering an effect pattern of a finished product through a renderer, and the effect display module is used for displaying the effect of the rendered finished product on a virtual imaging device of the clothing.

The digitized garment embroidery pattern design system of claim 1, wherein the garment pattern module comprises a conventional pattern database, a pattern modification unit and a three-dimensional scanning unit, wherein the conventional pattern database is used for storing a large amount of three-dimensional digitized information of conventional patterns and is used for being selected and called by designers, the pattern modification unit is used for modifying the selected three-dimensional model of the conventional patterns according to requirements to form a required modified pattern, and the three-dimensional scanning unit is used for scanning garments of special design patterns through three-dimensional capturing equipment on a garment virtual imaging device and then generating the three-dimensional model of the special design patterns.
- 3. The system of claim 1, wherein the embroidery pattern information stored in the base pattern library comprises pattern contours, embroidery techniques of patterns, and three-dimensional modeling data of patterns.

The system for designing digitized clothing embroidery patterns according to claim 1, wherein the pattern superimposing module comprises a stitch rejection module for determining stitches at overlapping positions of the plurality of embroidery patterns when the plurality of embroidery patterns are overlapped by a designer during the design process, marking the overlapping positions with red when the stitches of the plurality of embroidery patterns affect each other, and prompting the designer of the stitch rejection.

The digital clothing embroidery pattern design system of claim 1, wherein the effect rendering module comprises a multi-angle effect pattern template unit, a three-dimensional model effect unit and a local large sample unit, wherein the multi-angle effect pattern template unit is used for rendering a whole set of display effect patterns on a design completion manuscript according to a plurality of fixed angles, the three-dimensional model effect unit is used for rendering three-dimensional stereoscopic effects on the design completion manuscript and can be used for three-dimensional operable display, virtual wearing display and meta-universe dynamic wearing display, and the local large sample unit is used for locally amplifying design key points and rendering detail effect patterns of the design key points.

The digital garment embroidery pattern design system of claim 1, wherein the effect display module comprises a static picture display unit, a stereoscopic effect display unit and a virtual wearing display unit, wherein the static picture display unit is used for displaying the whole set of rendered display effect pictures and detail effect pictures on a display, the stereoscopic effect display unit is used for displaying three-dimensional stereoscopic effects on a touch screen and allowing three-dimensional stereoscopic operation to be checked, and the virtual wearing display unit is used for displaying three-dimensional stereoscopic effects on the garment virtual imaging device in a virtual wearing mode.

The device for virtually imaging a ready-made garment of the digitized garment embroidery design system of claim 7, wherein said motion capture mechanism (8) comprises a capture rack (81), three-dimensional capture depth cameras (82) are respectively arranged at four corners of an inner top surface of said capture rack (81), and a plurality of said three-dimensional capture depth cameras (82) are aligned to an inner center point of said capture rack (81).

Background The design of the embroidery pattern of the clothing refers to the application of the embroidery pattern in the design of the clothing for showing the creative idea and style of the designer. The embroidery pattern can be an image or a combination of geometric patterns, characters, plants and other elements. In the design of embroidery patterns for garments, designers draw embroidery patterns on garments so that consumers can better understand the design concept and increase the aesthetic appeal of the garment. Virtual imaging is capable of converting digital information into a real image.
