The multi-object whole process tracing method of the white spirit brewing workshop is characterized by comprising the following steps of: S1, monitoring brewing event data in a brewing process, and obtaining objects in the brewing process and relations among the objects; s2, constructing a snapshot for each object, wherein the snapshot comprises an object identifier, time, current state data, an object list with a relation and a life cycle identifier; S3, ordering all snapshots of each object according to time, and obtaining a time-series snapshot chain of each object; s4, taking the objects as nodes, and taking the relation among the objects as edges to construct an object diagram; s5, tracing the brewing process or the object based on the object diagram.

The multi-object whole process traceability method of a white spirit brewing shop according to claim 1, wherein the objects comprise equipment objects and material objects, the equipment objects comprise a ferment box, a wine retort, a pit, an RGV and an overhead crane, and the material objects comprise a raw material batch, a production batch and a finished product batch.
- 3. The multi-object whole process traceability method of a white spirit brewing shop according to claim 1, wherein brewing event data originates from MES, WMS, SCADA and sensor gateway.
- 4. The multi-object whole process traceability method of white spirit brewing shop according to claim 3, further comprising using key process event as time anchor point, and adopting sliding time window mechanism to time align brewing event data of each source.

The multi-object whole process tracing method for white spirit brewing shop according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises searching the affected upstream and downstream nodes with the nodes of the abnormal snapshot as the starting point, and generating an abnormal node propagation map or marking chain segments in the time-series snapshot chain of the affected upstream and downstream nodes.
- 6. The multi-object whole process traceability method of a white spirit brewing shop according to claim 5, wherein said abnormal snapshots comprise temperature overrun, fermentation residence time overrun and weight deviation overrun.
- 7. The multi-object whole process traceability method of a white spirit brewing shop according to claim 1, further comprising scoring integrity of the traceable brewing process and prompting to check abnormal nodes if the score is lower than a threshold.
- 8. The multi-object whole process traceability method of a white spirit brewing shop according to claim 7, wherein when time-series snapshot chain breakage of nodes is checked, virtual snapshots are inserted according to the upper and lower node relations.
