Abstract

The insulating paint enters the storage pad after being input through the injection piece and slowly permeates to the coating felt through the permeation hole so as to coat the copper-aluminum flat wire, the coating felt participating in the work can be continuously replaced through the rolling piece, the risk of secondary pollution to a product after particles are adhered to the felt is reduced, and meanwhile, auxiliary transfer and preliminary blow-drying of the insulating paint are realized by means of the extrusion piece and the blowing piece, so that the uniformity and the continuity of coating of the insulating paint of the copper-aluminum flat wire are improved.

Compared with a common round wire, the copper-aluminum flat wire has higher requirements on the uniformity of coating the insulating paint, the paint supply stability and the surface cleanliness, and if the insulating paint is unevenly distributed, locally piled or mixed with foreign matters on the surface in the coating process, the thickness of the paint layer is inconsistent, the surface is rough, the adhesion effect is poor, and the subsequent drying quality and the insulating performance of a finished product are further affected. In the actual use process, external particles, metal scraps, caking paint slag and self-shedding fibers are easy to adhere to the felt in a continuous running state, and when the polluted felt continues to participate in coating, the particles are easy to be brought to the surface of the copper-aluminum flat wire again, so that foreign matters are mixed in the insulating paint coating, and further uneven coating, reduced surface quality and even local insulation defects are caused. Therefore, we propose a production device for enamelled copper-aluminum flat wire to solve the above problems. Disclosure of Invention In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for producing an enameled rectangular copper aluminum wire, which solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.
