The invention relates to a modularized circuit breaker which comprises a plurality of circuit breaker modules fixed together side by side through bolts, wherein each circuit breaker module comprises a shell made of plastics, an arc extinguishing chamber, a fixed contact, an input assembly, an output assembly and a rotating shaft assembly, wherein the arc extinguishing chamber, the fixed contact, the input assembly, the output assembly and the rotating shaft assembly are clamped in the shell, the rotating shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a moving contact and a contact self-locking mechanism, the rotating shaft is provided with an inner cavity with an opening on the right side, one end of the moving contact is positioned in the inner cavity of the rotating shaft and hinged with the rotating shaft through a first pin shaft, the other end of the moving contact extends out of the rotating shaft and is matched with the fixed contact, the contact self-locking mechanism enables the moving contact to keep a first state under normal working conditions, when the moving contact rotates around the first pin shaft and is separated from the fixed contact due to electric repulsive force generated by high current, the moving contact is kept in a second state by the contact self-locking mechanism, the rotating shafts of the circuit breaker modules are connected together through a linkage rod, and the linkage rod is connected with an operating mechanism arranged on the shell. It has compact structure, convenient assembly the adaptability is good, safe and reliable.

  1. 1. A modularized circuit breaker is characterized by comprising a plurality of circuit breaker modules (1) which are fixed together side by side through bolts, wherein each circuit breaker module (1) comprises a shell (11) made of plastic and an arc extinguishing chamber (12), a fixed contact (13), an input component (14), an output component (15) and a rotating shaft component (16) which are clamped in the shell (11), the shell (11) comprises a front shell (111) and a rear shell (112) which are mutually buckled and fixed together through bolts, the input component (14) comprises an input conducting piece (141) connected with a fixed contact (13) and an input wiring terminal (142) arranged at the outer end of the input conducting piece (141), the output component (15) comprises an output conducting piece (151) and an output wiring terminal (152) arranged at the outer end of the output conducting piece (151), the rotating shaft component (16) comprises a rotating shaft (161), a moving contact (162) and a contact mechanism, an inner cavity (1) with a right side opening is arranged in the rotating shaft (161), the moving contact (162) is connected with the output conducting piece (151) through a wire, the moving contact (162) is hinged with the inner cavity (161) through a first hinge pin (161) and is arranged in the rotating shaft 1611, the other end of the moving contact (162) extends out of the rotating shaft (161) and is matched with the fixed contact (13), the moving contact (162) is kept in a first state under normal working conditions by the contact self-locking mechanism, when the moving contact (162) rotates around the first pin shaft (163) and is separated from the fixed contact (13) due to electric repulsive force generated by large current, the moving contact (162) is kept in a second state by the contact self-locking mechanism, the rotating shafts (161) of the circuit breaker modules (1) are connected in series through the linkage rod (2), and the linkage rod (2) is connected with the operating mechanism (3) arranged on the shell (11).

The modular circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the contact self-locking mechanism comprises a pressing plate (164), a self-locking spring (165) and a pressing shaft (166), the upper end of the pressing plate (164) is hinged to the rotating shaft (161) through a second pin shaft (167), a self-locking inclined surface (1641) is arranged at the lower end of the pressing plate (164), the self-locking spring (165) and the pressing shaft (166) are correspondingly positioned at the left side and the right side of the pressing plate (164), the two ends of the self-locking spring (165) correspondingly press against the rotating shaft (161) and the pressing plate (164), the pressing shaft (166) is vertically fixed on the moving contact (162) and is positioned at one side, far away from the extending end of the moving contact (162), of the first pin shaft (163), the first state means that the self-locking spring (165) applies force to the pressing shaft (166) through the pressing plate (164), so that the moving contact (162) is pressed at the lower edge of an opening of an inner cavity (1611) of the rotating shaft (161), at the moment, the pressing shaft (166) is positioned at the left side of the pressing plate (164), and the second state means that the self-locking spring (165) is correspondingly pressed at the position of the pressing plate (164), and the self-locking spring (165) is correspondingly pressed at the left side of the pressing plate (164), and the opening of the moving contact (166).

The modular circuit breaker according to claim 2, wherein when the movable contact (162) is in a first state, an included angle between a left side surface of the pressing plate (164) and a supporting surface (1621) of the movable contact (162) is 3-5 degrees, a normal line of a force application point of the pressing plate (164) to the pressing shaft (166) is located at an upper side of the first pin shaft (163), and when the movable contact (162) is in a second state, an included angle between a self-locking inclined surface (1641) of the pressing plate (164) and the supporting surface (1621) of the movable contact (162) is 100-105 degrees, a normal line of a force application point of the pressing plate (164) to the pressing shaft (166) is located at a lower side of the first pin shaft (163), and the supporting surface (1621) of the movable contact (162) is a plane which is used for supporting on a lower edge of an opening of the rotating shaft (161) and passes through a center of the first pin shaft (163).

The modular circuit breaker according to claim 3, wherein the pressing plate (164) comprises two voltage dividing plates (1642), the upper ends of the two voltage dividing plates (1642) are fixed together through a connecting part (1643), lugs (1644) are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting part (1643), pin shaft holes (1645) for installing second pins (167) are arranged on the lugs (1644), the moving contact (162) is arranged between the two voltage dividing plates (1642), the self-locking inclined surfaces (1641) are arranged on the two voltage dividing plates (1642), the self-locking springs (165) and the pressing shafts (166) are respectively arranged in a one-to-one mode, protrusions (1646) for positioning the self-locking springs (165) are respectively arranged on the two voltage dividing plates (1642), and the two pressing shafts (166) are vertically fixed on two sides of the moving contact (162) in a one-to-one mode and are distributed with the two voltage dividing plates (1642).
