Claims (13)
- 1. - 2. The battery pack of claim 1, wherein the case cover comprises a cover body and a rim, the cover body is provided at a top of the rim, and the rim is integrally formed with the cover body and fixedly connected with the lower case module.
- 3. The battery pack of claim 2, wherein the frame comprises a front side rail, a rear side rail, and two side rails connected between the front side rail and the rear side rail, the rear side rail and the side rails each being of a multi-cavity closed structure.
- 4. The battery pack of claim 3, wherein the back side beam and the side beam are each formed using a multiple bending process; and/or, the front edge beam is provided with an avoidance via hole, and the avoidance via hole is used for avoiding the functional piece; and/or, the bottom edge of the front side beam is turned towards the direction deviating from the rear side beam to form a flanging, and the flanging is connected with the lower box body module.
- 5. The battery pack of claim 3, wherein the liquid cooling plate assembly comprises a liquid cooling plate and at least one middle cross beam, wherein the middle cross beam is arranged along the length direction of the battery pack, the bottom of the middle cross beam is connected with the liquid cooling plate, and the side part of the middle cross beam is connected with the side edge beam.
- 6. The battery pack according to claim 5, wherein a first adhesive layer is provided between the liquid cooling plate and the intermediate beam; and/or the liquid cooling plate is configured as a brazing liquid cooling plate.
- 7. The battery pack of claim 5, wherein the side of the middle cross member is provided with a first side hole, the side member is provided with a second side hole corresponding to the first side hole, and a third fastener passes through the second side hole and is locked to the first side hole.
- 8. The battery pack of claim 7, wherein the side rail is provided with a recessed groove, the second side hole is formed at a bottom of the recessed groove, and/or the battery pack further comprises an airtight cover plate for sealing the second side hole.

The battery pack of claim 5, wherein the liquid cooling plate assembly further comprises a front baffle plate, wherein the front baffle plate is positioned between the front edge beam and the middle cross beam and fixedly connected with the front edge beam, and/or a second bonding layer is arranged between the liquid cooling plate and the front baffle plate.
- 10. The battery pack of claim 5, further comprising a first fastener, wherein the liquid cooling plate is coupled to the bottom guard plate by the first fastener.

The battery pack according to claim 10, wherein the plurality of first fasteners are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the battery pack, each of the first fasteners is located on the center line of the liquid cooling plate, and/or a third adhesive layer is provided at the junction of the liquid cooling plate and the bottom guard plate.

The battery pack of claim 5, further comprising a second fastener disposed at intervals along the edge of the liquid cooling plate and serially connecting the frame, the liquid cooling plate and the bottom guard plate, and/or a fourth adhesive layer is disposed at the connection of the liquid cooling plate and the frame.
