A double-chain intelligent control and data double-backup system based on a home computer is characterized by comprising a common home computer as a central host computer, home equipment comprising a camera, an entrance guard, a lamp, a socket, a sound, KTV equipment and a water pump controller, vehicle-mounted equipment comprising a vehicle-mounted camera and a vehicle recorder, a mobile terminal comprising a smart phone and a tablet computer, and a desktop computer and a notebook computer as central control nodes of the system, wherein the computer terminal has data storage and operation processing capacity and can be used as the central control nodes of the system, the system comprises two independent communication links, namely a local area network link and independent remote links independent of home broadband, video and mobile phone, tablet computer data can be stored in double backup between the local area network of the equipment and the central host computer of the home computer, and the local control and the mobile phone remote control can still work normally when the home broadband is disconnected and no external network exists.

The system of claim 1, further comprising a vehicle-mounted and home data synchronization module for implementing dual backup storage of video data of the vehicle-mounted camera and the home camera in the device local and the home computer, and supporting synchronous backup of photos and files of the mobile phone and the tablet to the home computer.
3. 3. The system of claim 1, wherein the independent remote link is implemented using a 4G/5G or wireless transparent transmission module.
4. 4. The system of claim 1, wherein all of the devices are commercially available and can be used without modification.
5. 5. The system of claim 1, wherein the system supports unified control of sound, KTV, lights, access, water pumps.
