Abstract
The invention provides a pressing method and pressing equipment. The pressing method comprises the steps of providing a component which is provided with a substrate and is provided with crystal grains and covered with radiating fins as a pressed object, providing an upper die device, and jointly pressing the pressed object by the upper die device in cooperation with a lower die below, wherein the upper die device comprises a driving module for providing driving force and a pressing module provided with a pressing die, the driving force enables the pressing die to press the pressed object, and the driving force is measured by a load measuring unit, so that the quality of a pressing process is improved.

Claims (16)
- 1. A pressing method includes providing a component with crystal grains and radiating fins on a substrate as a pressed object, providing an upper die device, and pressing the pressed object together by the upper die device in cooperation with a lower die below the upper die device, wherein the upper die device comprises a driving module for providing driving force and a pressing module provided with a pressing die, and the driving force enables the pressing die to press against the pressed object.
- 2. The bonding method according to claim 1, wherein the temperature sensor senses the temperature of the pressing member from the lower die.
- 3. The method of pressing according to claim 1, wherein the pressing object under the pressing die is blown to assist the pressing die to separate from the pressing object when the pressing up is completed.
- 4. The bonding method according to claim 1, wherein the bonding module is horizontally and radially positioned by a first positioning unit and vertically and longitudinally positioned by a second positioning unit.
- 5. The pressing method according to claim 1, wherein the pressing module is provided with a pressing bar assembly, the pressing bar assembly is provided with a pressing bar, the pressing bar is arranged at the lower end of the pressing bar, and the upper die device provides a restoring force when a driving force for driving the pressing bar to move downwards is eliminated.
- 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the pressing mold is adjusted by adjusting the screw-supporting degree of two opposite fine-tuning members.

The pressing equipment comprises a driving module for providing driving force and a pressing die unit provided with a pressing die, wherein the pressing die unit and the driving module are arranged on an upper die device together, the upper die device is matched with a lower die arranged below the upper die device to jointly press a pressed object, the pressing die unit is arranged on a die seat of the pressing module, and the driving force enables the pressing die to press the pressed object.
