Claims (12)
- 1. An isolated chip, comprising: the primary side frame comprises a first public area, a first coupling area and a second coupling area, wherein the first coupling area and the second coupling area are of spiral lamellar structures extending from the first public area; the secondary side frame comprises a second public area, a third coupling area and a fourth coupling area, wherein the third coupling area and the fourth coupling area are of spiral layered structures extending from the second public area, the third coupling area and the first coupling area are wound concentrically, and the fourth coupling area and the second coupling area are wound concentrically; a first die on the first common region and having a first common terminal, a first differential terminal and a second differential terminal, wherein the first common terminal is connected to the first common region, the first differential terminal is connected to the end of the first coupling region, the second differential terminal is connected to the end of the second coupling region, and The second tube core is positioned on the second common area and is provided with a second common end, a third differential end and a fourth differential end, wherein the second common end is connected with the second common area, the third differential end is connected with the tail end of the third coupling area, and the fourth differential end is connected with the tail end of the fourth coupling area.

The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the first coupling region and the second coupling region, the first common region, form a primary inductor of a three-tap transformer, and the third coupling region, the fourth coupling region, and the second common region form a secondary inductor of the three-tap transformer.
- 3. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the first coupling region has the same number of turns as the third coupling region and the same winding direction, and the second coupling region has the same number of turns as the fourth coupling region and the same winding direction.
- 4. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the first coupling region has the same number of turns as the second coupling region and the opposite winding direction, and the second coupling region has the same number of turns as the fourth coupling region and the opposite winding direction.
- 5. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein a spacing between the first coupling region and the third coupling region is 50um to 400um.
- 6. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the primary side frame and the secondary side frame are in the same plane or are not in the same plane.
- 7. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the primary side frame is made of copper, wherein the width of the first coupling region is greater than or equal to 200um, and the thickness of the first coupling region is greater than or equal to 200um.
- 8. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the first die further has an input to receive an input signal and a supply to provide a primary side supply voltage, and the second die further has an output to output an output signal, wherein the input signal and the output signal are both pulse width modulated signals, and wherein the input signal and the output signal are isolated.
- 9. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the first die further has a supply terminal to provide a primary side supply voltage and the second die has an output terminal to output an output signal, wherein the output signal is a secondary side supply voltage signal.
- 10. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the signal output by the first differential terminal and the signal output by the second differential terminal are a pair of differential signals, and the signal received by the third differential terminal and the signal received by the fourth differential terminal are a pair of differential signals.
- 11. The isolated chip of claim 1, wherein the first coupling region has an inductance value between 5nH and 100 nH.

Background In electronic equipment such as industrial control and power supply modules, in order to block electric interference of a primary side and a secondary side, ensure operation safety of a circuit and stable signal transmission, an isolation function is a core requirement, and a magnetic isolator is used as a key component for realizing the isolation function, and the performance of the magnetic isolator directly determines whether the whole equipment is reliable or not. However, in the related isolation scheme, the coil of the isolator is thinner, the switching frequency of the required excitation source is higher, the problem of electromagnetic interference (Electromagnetic Interference, EMI) is more serious, the direct current impedance is high, the heat generation is serious, and the isolation efficiency is lower. Disclosure of Invention An isolation chip and an isolation system are provided, which aim to solve the problems of serious electromagnetic interference problem and low isolation efficiency of an isolation coil.
