Claims (7)

  1. 1. A production facility is provided with: a machine tool capable of machining an object having a size that is less than or equal to a first object size limit; A pallet supply device that accommodates a plurality of pallets on which the objects to be processed are placed, and carries the pallets on which the objects to be processed are placed into or out of the machine tool; a storage device for presetting at least one second workpiece size limit equal to or smaller than the first workpiece size limit and storing, for each of the plurality of trays, whether or not the size of the workpiece placed on the tray exceeds the second workpiece size limit, and And a control device that controls the tray supply device so as to avoid mutual interference of the workpieces placed on adjacent trays, based on the information on the size exceeding the second workpiece size limit stored in the storage device.

The production facility according to claim 1, wherein a first workpiece size is limited to a maximum machining size of the machine tool, a second workpiece size is limited to a maximum workpiece size on a pallet of the workpieces placed on the pallet, and the maximum workpiece size on the pallet is equal to or smaller than the maximum machining size.
  3. 3. The production facility according to claim 2, wherein an imaging device for imaging the workpiece placed on the pallet is disposed at a predetermined position of the pallet supply device or on a workpiece preparation device provided adjacent to the pallet supply device.

The production facility according to claim 3, wherein the production facility is configured to issue a warning in accordance with whether the size of the object to be processed obtained by the photographing device exceeds the maximum size of the object to be processed on the tray or the maximum processing size, and to notify an operator of a risk of interference with the object to be processed and other constituent members in the production facility.

The production facility according to claim 4, wherein the production facility is configured to permit placement of the workpiece exceeding the maximum size of the workpiece on the pallet, when the size of the workpiece exceeds the maximum size of the workpiece on the pallet, according to the judgment of an operator.
