Description
Ultraviolet-curable composition, method for producing cured product, ultraviolet-curable ink, method for producing printed product, and printed product Technical Field The present invention relates to an ultraviolet curable composition and an ultraviolet curable ink. The present invention also relates to a cured product obtained by curing the ultraviolet-curable composition and a printed product obtained by curing an ultraviolet-curable ink. Background In the fields of ink, adhesive, coating agent, etc., the labor safety and sanitation, air pollution, etc. are problems in the operation when a large amount of organic solvent-blended products are used. As one of the solutions, water is required. However, aqueous products may have insufficient water resistance, solvent resistance, and hardness of the coating film as compared with products using an organic solvent. As a solution thereof, there is a method of preparing an ultraviolet-curable composition by blending an ultraviolet-curable component into an aqueous product, applying the ultraviolet-curable composition, and then irradiating ultraviolet rays to cure the composition to form a coating film (for example, patent documents 1 and 2). In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for ink in such products, particularly ink for inkjet printers. The ink jet printer is characterized by easy full color, low noise, capability of obtaining high resolution images at low cost, capability of printing at high speed, capability of printing on curved surfaces and the like, and capability of printing on large areas and the like. Therefore, the inkjet printer is not limited to personal use, and has been rapidly popularized in recent years as a commercial inkjet printer for signature use, window film, poster, automobile film, wallpaper, and the like. In commercial inkjet printers, characteristics such as (1) high image quality, (2) high film coating property, (3) high-speed printability, (4) substrate versatility, and (5) environmental/safety are required of printed matter. In the case of printing a large-area printed matter or a printed matter for outdoor use, a commercial inkjet printer is further required to have excellent film coating properties such as water resistance, alcohol resistance, film coating strength, and light resistance of a printed film. Conventionally, as printing inks for commercial inkjet printers, there are aqueous inks in which a pigment is dispersed in an aqueous medium, solvent UV inks in which a pigment and an ultraviolet-curable monomer are dispersed or dissolved in an organic solvent, solvent-free UV inks in which a pigment is dispersed in an ultraviolet-curable monomer in the absence of a solvent, aqueous latex inks in which a pigment and a resin are dispersed in an aqueous medium, ultraviolet-curable aqueous inks in which a pigment and an ultraviolet-curable oligomer are dispersed in an aqueous medium, and the like (patent documents 1 and 2). Among them, the ultraviolet-curable aqueous ink has all the characteristics with good balance. However, in the aqueous inkjet ink, there is a technical problem that it is necessary to heat the ink for a long time at a high temperature in order to fix the ink on the substrate. When the fixing of the ink to the substrate is insufficient, for example, in the case of cloth, the washing fastness is poor, which causes the discoloration of the printed matter. As an aqueous inkjet ink capable of solving the technical problem that the fixing of the ink requires heating at a high temperature for a long time, an ink containing a polymerizable compound as particles (resin particles having a polymerizable functional group) has been proposed. However, in the ink composition proposed heretofore, the wash fastness cannot be sufficiently improved by heating at a low temperature for a short period of time. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-20976 Patent document 2 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2013-199110 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention The present invention provides an ultraviolet curable composition and an ultraviolet curable ink, which can provide an aqueous inkjet ink that can obtain a printed matter having high wash fastness without heating at high temperature for a long time during fixing of the ink to a substrate. Solution for solving the problem The inventors of the present invention have found that an aqueous inkjet ink which can provide a printed matter having high wash fastness without heating at a high temperature for a long period of time during fixing of the ink can be obtained by using a combination of resin particles having a polymerizable functional group and resin particles having a urethane skeleton having no polymerizable functional group and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of-10 ℃. The present invention is summarized as follows. [1] An ultraviolet-curable composition compr
