Description
Two-component curable resin composition and cured product thereof Technical Field The present invention relates to a two-component curable resin composition which can maintain flexibility at low temperatures and is excellent in creep resistance at high temperatures. Background In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for an in-vehicle motor for driving wheels of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. In the motor, for the purpose of fixing the magnet, an adhesive is often used, for example, for bonding a stator and a magnet of the motor, bonding a rotor and a magnet, or the like. JP-A-8-283687 discloses that a heat-curable epoxy resin is suitable as an adhesive for motors because of its high adhesive strength. In addition, recent motors are demanded to be miniaturized and have high output, and as a result, neodymium magnets are used as motor magnets. However, since the neodymium magnet expands at a low temperature and contracts at a high temperature, when the temperature is low and high due to a change in the outside air temperature, motor driving, or the like, the adhesion of the neodymium magnet with the epoxy resin is insufficient in flexibility, and thus there is a problem that the neodymium magnet is peeled off due to the failure to follow. Therefore, a method of blending a modified silicone resin is known for imparting flexibility to an epoxy resin. As such a technique, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2019-183090 discloses a two-component curable resin composition comprising an epoxy resin, a metal catalyst, a modified silicone polymer, and an epoxy resin curing agent. Disclosure of Invention However, in the disclosed two-component curable resin composition, the modified silicone resin has good flexibility at low temperatures, but the resin becomes too soft at high temperatures and has a problem of poor creep resistance. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a two-component curable resin composition which can maintain flexibility at low temperatures and is excellent in creep resistance at high temperatures. The gist of the present invention is described below. Embodiments of the present invention overcome the above-described existing problems.
