Description

Resin injection apparatus, system and method, use of resin injection system, underground rock drilling machine, and rock anchor installation method Prior Art The present invention relates to a resin injection apparatus for an underground rock drilling machine according to claim 1, a resin injection system according to claim 23, an underground rock drilling machine according to claim 26, a resin injection system according to claim 27, a resin injection method according to claim 28 and a rock anchor installation method according to claim 29. According to the prior art, various methods are known for injecting resin into the bore bolt holes of underground mines. However, these methods are typically time consuming (e.g., methods of inserting a resin cartridge into a freshly drilled bolt hole) or expensive (e.g., methods of using a hollow self-drilling anchor for resin injection). It is an object of the present invention, inter alia, to provide a method which has advantageous features in terms of resin-assisted rock anchor installation efficiency, for example in an underground mine. According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the independent claims, while advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention can be taken from the dependent claims. Advantages of the application The invention relates to a resin injection device for an underground rock drilling machine, such as a roof bolter or a rock drill carriage, comprising at least one rock drill (drifter) with a flushing head. It is proposed that the resin injection apparatus comprises an adapter unit implemented as flushing fluid and a resin manifold, which adapter unit is configured for being directly inserted between the flushing port of the (original) flushing head and the flushing fluid supply line of the subterranean rock drilling rig. Thus, advantageous features with respect to resin assisted rock anchor installation efficiency may be achieved. Advantageously, the resin may be injected directly into the newly drilled bolt hole via the drill rod (drill rod) of the rock drill, in particular without the use of a hollow self-drilling anchor. Advantageously, all types of anchors or rock anchors, including monolithic material anchors (full-MATERIALS BOLT), can be used with the proposed resin injection apparatus. This may advantageously result in a significant cost reduction. Furthermore, advantageously, any type of drilling machine (drill rig) may be used with the proposed resin injection apparatus. Advantageously, the flushing channel integrated into the drill rod can also be used as a resin injection channel without affecting the reliability of the underground rock drilling machine, in particular its rock drill. Furthermore, by using the proposed resin injection apparatus, the original length of the drilling tool (drill) including the rock drill can be advantageously maintained, which is particularly advantageous for roof bolters where the tunnel or roadway in the underground mine has a fixed ceiling (ceiling) height. Furthermore, by using the proposed resin injection apparatus, a particularly short installation time for resin-assisted installation of the rock anchor can be achieved. Advantageously, an average installation time of less than 5 minutes, preferably even less than 3 minutes, in particular compared to, for example, 12 minutes when using a resin cartridge (RESIN CARTRIDGE), can be achieved. The rock anchor installation speed is significantly faster than when resin cartridges are used, especially because there is no need to switch between drilling equipment and cartridge insertion equipment before installing the rock anchor. The underground rock drilling rig may be implemented as a roof bolting rig (roof bolter) or a roof bolting rig (roof bolting rig) configured for drilling holes and installing roof support bolts (rock anchors) in the ceiling of an underground mining tunnel. The underground rock drilling rig may be implemented as a cable drilling rig (cable bolter) configured for drilling holes in the ceiling and roadway walls of an underground mining tunnel and installing cable (cable bolts). The underground rock drilling machine may be implemented as a drilling rig (drilling jumbo) or a drilling machine (DRILLING RIG), which is deployed in particular for drilling and blasting operations of the mine face. Such underground rock drilling rigs generally comprise one or more movable booms, in particular drilling booms. Such a cantilever may be configured to hold, concentrate and/or operate drilling equipment, such as rock drills and/or drilling tools/pipes. The rock drill is embodied in particular as a rock drill, preferably as a hydraulic rock drill. The rock drill comprises a flushing head, which is particularly configured for supplying a flushing fluid, such as water or air, to an integrated flushing channel of the drilling tool. The flushing operation is particularly configured for removing drill dust fro
