Description

Vehicle comprising a battery pack Technical Field The present disclosure relates to a vehicle. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a vehicle including a battery pack. The present application claims the benefit of korean patent application No. 10-2024-0093384 filed on 7/6 of 2024, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference. Background Unlike a primary battery, a secondary battery may be charged and discharged a plurality of times. Secondary batteries are widely used as energy sources for various wireless devices such as cellular phones, notebook computers, and wireless cleaners. Recently, the manufacturing cost per unit capacity of the secondary battery has been significantly reduced due to the increase in energy density and economies of scale. As the cruising range of BEV (battery electric vehicle) has risen to a level comparable to that of fuel vehicles, the main application of secondary batteries is turning traffic from mobile devices. The trend in the technological development of secondary batteries for transportation is focused on improving energy density and safety. The safety of the secondary battery for the travel of traffic is important because it directly affects the life of passengers. Secondary battery safety may be achieved by mechanical robustness, reliable electrical insulation, and delayed heat transfer during thermal runaway events.
