Abstract

The sheet comprises a sheet body (11) with the thickness not exceeding 0.9mm, wherein the sheet body (11) comprises a hot-melt matrix and reinforcing fibers contained in the hot-melt matrix, the sheet body (11) is provided with a containing cavity and a sheet-shaped magnet (21) contained in the containing cavity, the sheet body (11) is provided with a first filling part (113) entering between the sheet-shaped magnet (21) and the cavity wall of the containing cavity, a second filling part (114) and a third filling part (115) respectively covering the front surface and the back surface of the sheet-shaped magnet (21), and the three filling parts are connected with the part, located outside the containing cavity, of the sheet body (11) to form a one-piece whole, so that the sheet-shaped magnet (21) is embedded in the sheet-shaped magnet. The invention can improve the connection reliability of the sheet magnet and the sheet main body, and reduce or eliminate the influence caused by the uneven thickness of the sheet magnet.

Claims (10)
- A sheet material comprises a sheet material main body (11), wherein the thickness of the sheet material main body (11) is not more than 0.9 mm, the sheet material main body (11) comprises a hot-melt base body and reinforcing fibers contained in the hot-melt base body, the sheet material main body (11) is provided with a containing cavity and a sheet-shaped magnet (21) contained in the containing cavity, the thickness of the sheet-shaped magnet (21) is smaller than that of the sheet material main body (11), the sheet material main body (11) is provided with a first filling part (113) which enters between the sheet-shaped magnet (21) and the cavity wall of the containing cavity, a second filling part (114) which covers the front surface of the sheet-shaped magnet (21) and a third filling part (115) which covers the back surface of the sheet-shaped magnet (21), and the first filling part (113) is connected with the second filling part (114) and the third filling part (115) and is connected with a part of the sheet material main body (11) which is positioned outside the containing cavity to form a whole piece, so that the sheet-shaped magnet (21) is embedded therein.
- The sheet according to claim 1, wherein the front and back surfaces of the sheet-like magnet (21) are completely covered with the second filling portion (114) and the third filling portion (115), respectively, so that the sheet main body (11) has a uniform thickness.
- The sheet according to claim 1, wherein the first filling portion (113) is formed by a hot-melt base of the sheet main body (11) entering between the sheet-like magnet (21) and a cavity wall of the housing cavity, the first filling portion (113) being connected to a portion of the sheet main body (11) located outside the housing cavity to form a one-piece whole, and the second filling portion (114) and the third filling portion (115) are formed by the hot-melt base of the sheet main body (11) spreading along a surface of the sheet-like magnet (21) at the time of or after forming the first filling portion (113).
- The sheet according to claim 1, wherein the receiving chamber receives a plurality of the sheet magnets (21), the plurality of the sheet magnets (21) are arranged at intervals along the plane direction of the sheet body (11), the sheet body (11) has a fourth filling portion (116) which enters a gap between two adjacent sheet magnets (21), and the fourth filling portion (116) is connected with the first filling portion (113), the second filling portion (114) and the third filling portion (115) to form a one-piece integral body.
- The sheet according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of the sheet-like magnets (21) are arranged in a ring shape, wherein the sheet main body (11) further comprises a central portion (15) surrounded by the plurality of the sheet-like magnets (21), and wherein the central portion (15) is connected with the first filling portion (113), the second filling portion (114), the third filling portion (115), and the fourth filling portion (116) to form a one-piece whole.
- The sheet according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the sheet-like magnet (21) is 0.05-0.5 mm smaller than the thickness of the sheet body (11).
- The sheet material of claim 1, further comprising: An inner shell (118) covering the inner side surface of the sheet body (11) and connected with the sheet body (11) into a one-piece whole, wherein the inner shell (118) covers the position corresponding to the sheet magnet (21) to strengthen the connection of the sheet magnet (21) and the sheet body (11), the inner shell covers the inner surface of the sheet body through a coating process or a hot press molding process, the thickness of the inner shell is 0.05-0.15 mm or 10-35% of the thickness of the sheet body, and/or And a housing (119) covering an outer side surface of the sheet main body (11) and connected to the sheet main body (11) in a one-piece type, the housing (119) covering a position corresponding to the sheet magnet (21) to strengthen the connection of the sheet magnet (21) to the sheet main body (11).
