Description
Method for promoting pinus massoniana aerial culture rooting Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cutting propagation of pinus massoniana, in particular to a method for promoting the rooting of pinus massoniana by means of aeroponic culture. Background The pinus koraiensis is one of special and fast-growing pinus koraiensis in Yunnan, has excellent material and wide application, is especially well known as long fiber materials, is suitable for producing high-grade paper pulp and paper products, has extremely important economic value and ecological significance, so that the pinus koraiensis is mainly planted artificially in order to meet the development of market economy. The propagation mode of the pinus koraiensis is mainly divided into sexual propagation and asexual propagation, wherein the sexual propagation is generally seed planting, but the offspring is easy to generate character separation when the seeds are used for propagation, the offspring cannot completely obtain the excellent characters of parents, the asexual propagation is mainly cutting propagation, which can effectively ensure that the seedlings inherit the excellent characters of woody, but the pinus koraiensis belongs to the tree species which are difficult to root by cutting, the traditional matrix cutting has lower overall rooting rate, the rooting time is long when the cutting is needed to take root for about 60-70 days, the fog culture seedling is a mode of soilless seedling, the nutrient solution is directly sprayed on the root system in a fog form, the nutrient absorption efficiency is improved, the growth of cutting slips is possibly promoted, the rooting of the cutting seedlings can be promoted to a certain extent by adjusting the components of the nutrient solution, meanwhile, the space is effectively saved, and the pinus koraiensis seedling is an important research direction at the current stage by adopting the fog culture mode. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a method for promoting the mist culture rooting of the pinus massoniana, which effectively promotes the rapid rooting of the pinus massoniana branches, ensures the growth of root systems, provides a rapid and convenient method for the stable seedling culture of the pinus massoniana and ensures the artificial breeding of the pinus massoniana.
