Description
Bacillus bailii dispersible oil suspending agent and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to bacillus bailii dispersible oil suspending agent and application thereof. Background The bacillus belicus (Bacillus velezensis) can produce various enzymes and antibiotics, has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, can be used for preventing and treating gray mold, fusarium wilt and powdery mildew of crops, and simultaneously can promote the absorption of minerals by plants to generate plant growth-related hormone, and has better growth promoting effect on the plants. The existing bacillus bailii preparation market mainly uses wettable powder, but has the problems of poor dosage form quality and low spore survival rate in the processing and storage processes. The dispersible oil suspending agent has the outstanding advantages of environmental friendliness, good wetting spreadability, strong anti-scouring capability, obvious synergistic effect and the like. Bacillus belicus is encapsulated in oil phase medium to improve its duration and prolong its shelf life. Mineral oils have poor environmental compatibility and may affect the balance of soil microorganisms. While vegetable oils are more environmentally friendly, free fatty acids contained therein may accelerate degradation of bacillus. Therefore, it is important to select a vegetable oil with suitable biocompatibility as a dispersion medium for the bacillus bailii dispersible oil suspension agent. Disclosure of Invention Based on the above, the invention provides a bacillus bailii dispersible oil suspension and a preparation method thereof. The bacillus bailii dispersible oil suspending agent provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1 to 5 percent of bacillus bailii parent drug, 16-20% Of emulsifying agent, 8-12% Of wetting dispersant, 1-2% Of thickener, 1% -2% Of stabilizer, The balance of dispersion medium, wherein the dispersion medium is peanut oil or soybean oil.
