Description

Biological agent for inhibiting occurrence of eggplant root rot and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of vegetable disease control, and particularly relates to a biological agent for inhibiting the occurrence of eggplant root rot and application thereof. Background In the production and cultivation of eggplants, root rot is a common soil-borne disease, the whole growth period can occur, and especially after field planting, root rot, bacterial wilt and even whole plant death can be caused, so that the root rot is often an important factor affecting the yield of the eggplants. The pathogenic microorganism causing eggplant root rot is mainly Fusarium solani (mart.) sacc, a common plant pathogenic bacterium, and can cause various plant infections. At present, chemical control technology is mostly adopted for controlling the pathogenic bacteria, such as methyl bromide is applied to disinfect soil or triazolone is applied to spray control, and the methods can effectively inhibit the quantity of the pathogenic bacteria, reduce the occurrence of eggplant root rot, and simultaneously inevitably bring soil pollution risk and influence the safety quality of agricultural products. The biological control is mainly carried out by using arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi or other biological antibiotics, but the control cost in the aspect usually makes wide vegetable farmers prohibitive, and the vegetable farmers use the vegetable farmers in a large area. Therefore, the invention is an economic, safe and effective technical method capable of reducing the occurrence of the root rot of the eggplant, and the invention becomes a problem which needs to be solved in the current eggplant production. Stropharia rugoso-annulata (Stropharia rugosoannulata) belongs to a basidiomycete rigid large edible fungus and is one of the mushrooms recommended by the grain and agriculture organization of the united nations to the developing nations. Because the plant has strong impurity resistance, the cultivation technology is simple and extensive, and the sources of cultivation raw materials are rich, and agricultural wastes such as crop straws and the like are mainly utilized. In addition, the stropharia rugoso-annulata has strong adaptability to temperature and can naturally overwinter, so that the stropharia rugoso-annulata is popularized and planted in many places at present, and a large amount of mushroom residues are generated after fruiting. The fungus dreg not only contains a plurality of nutrient substances such as cellulose, lignin and mineral elements which are not utilized by the stropharia rugoso-annulata, but also contains a plurality of intermediate products such as monosaccharides, peptides, a plurality of active substances and the like which are decomposed by the stropharia rugoso-annulata, so that the stropharia rugoso-annulata fungus dreg is utilized as an organic fertilizer, and the method has the most application prospect at present. EM (EFFECTIVE MICROORGANISMS) is a mixed microbial agent composed of more than 80 microorganisms such as actinomycetes, saccharomycetes and lactic acid bacteria, and is widely applied to the planting industry and the breeding industry, and researches show that the EM has positive effects in the aspects of enhancing plant stress resistance, improving soil biological activity, reducing occurrence of soil-borne diseases and the like.
