Description
Fruit preservative containing trichodermin or analogues thereof and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of fruit preservation, and particularly relates to a fruit preservative containing trichoderma or analogues thereof and application thereof. Background Fruits are extremely susceptible to decay by pathogenic bacteria during growth and storage, resulting in significant economic losses. Fruit rot is not a regional problem, but a problem commonly existing in countries around the world, and reports of food and agricultural organizations (Food andAgriculture Organization ofthe UnitedNations, FAO) in united nations indicate that the post-harvest loss of fruits and vegetables in developed areas such as europe, north america and oceangoin is 29%, and the post-harvest loss of fruits and vegetables in areas such as asia, africa and latin america is 38%. Therefore, prevention of postharvest pathogen infection of fruits and preservation of postharvest fruits are of great significance in reducing postharvest losses of fruits. In the past, chemical antistaling agents play an important role in inhibiting fruit and vegetable decay and delaying fruit and vegetable aging. However, chemical antistaling agents have potential toxicity to human bodies and can destroy the ecological balance of the environment, and biological antistaling agents are natural substances, have better compatibility with the environment and higher safety, so that the biological antistaling agents are increasingly valued by people. 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol (2, 4-Di-tert-butylphenol), a phenolic substance, is a constituent of many plant and microbial metabolites and is widely found in nature. 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol is a yellow solid, soluble in methanol and ether, very slightly soluble in water, and is commonly used as an antioxidant in production or as an intermediate in the production of antioxidants, with a toxic half-lethal dose LD50 (oral-rat) >2000mg/kg. The patent application with publication number CN105028406A discloses that 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol has bactericidal effect and can prevent and treat common diseases of fruits, vegetables, wheat, rice and the like, but in the patent application, the 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol acts on the production stage of fruits, vegetables or grain crops, prevents and treats field diseases (including apple, pear and peach scab, anthracnose, brown spot, ring spot and the like, powdery mildew, downy mildew, anthracnose and the like of grapes, watermelons, cucumbers and melons, grain crop diseases of wheat powdery mildew, rice blast, sheath blight and the like, powdery mildew, damping off, downy mildew, anthracnose and the like of vegetables) in the growth stage, and the application mode is spraying, and the 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol is not used for preventing and treating the diseases after fruit harvest. The use of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol for preserving fruits is disclosed in the patent application CN104026220a, where fruits are directly soaked with an aqueous solution containing 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, which presents a safety risk, and the patent application also does not disclose the broad spectrum activity of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol against a variety of common postharvest pathogens. At present, no report of the prior art is found on the prevention and treatment of postharvest diseases of fruits or the preservation of fruits by using 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol in a mode other than soaking. Tert-butylhydroquinone (tert-Butylhydroquinone) is a registered food additive, which belongs to the class of fat-soluble antioxidants. In the food additive use sanitary standard (GB 2760-1996) of China, it is specified that tertiary butyl hydroquinone can be used for edible oil, fried food, dried fish products, biscuits, instant noodles, instant rice, dried fruit cans and salted meat products, and the maximum use amount is 0.2g/kg. At present, only one example of tertiary butyl hydroquinone is smeared for the application of longan fresh-keeping. Disclosure of Invention In order to reduce the postharvest loss of fruits caused by pathogen infection and imperfect preservation technology and solve the technical problem of safety risk of the existing fruit preservation technology, the invention provides a fruit preservative containing trichoderma or analogues thereof, which is prepared by dissolving trichoderma or analogues thereof in absolute ethanol and preserving fruits in a fumigation mode. The fruit preservative can prolong the storage time of the picked fruits by fumigation, inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi hyphae causing the postharvest diseases of the fruits, further prevent and treat various postharvest diseases of the fruits, and has the advantages of safety and environmental protection. In addition, trichoderma analog is dissolved in water to serve as a fruit preservative, and fruits are preserved in a spraying mode, so that the effects of prolonging the storage time of the pi
