The use according to claim 2, wherein the preparation of the bifidobacterium animalis subspecies ZYhyy-003 fluid comprises the steps of: (1) Taking the frozen and preserved bifidobacterium animalis subspecies ZYhyy-003 out of a refrigerator at the temperature of-80 ℃, rapidly thawing in a water bath at the temperature of 37 ℃, inoculating the strain into a liquid MRS culture medium, and carrying out anaerobic culture at the temperature of 37 ℃ for 24-48 hours until bacterial liquid becomes turbid; (2) Inoculating the turbid bacterial liquid obtained in the step (1) on an MRS solid culture medium for activation, inoculating activated bacteria in a first-stage culture medium, and obtaining seed liquid through first-stage culture; (3) Centrifuging the bacterial liquid at 4 ℃ and 3000-5000 rpm for 15min, collecting bacterial cells, washing with sterile physiological saline, and re-suspending to obtain suspension, and adjusting the concentration of the suspension to be larger than that of the suspension CFU/mL to obtain the bifidobacterium animalis subspecies ZYhyy-003 bacterial liquid.
