CN-121986868-A - Enterococcus haii, turmeric composition and application thereof in weight management of pets
Abstract
The invention provides an enterococcus hainanensis, turmeric composition and application thereof in weight management of pets, wherein the composition comprises (a) enterococcus hainanensis (Enterococcus hirae) ZYpet-011, deposited in China general microbiological culture Collection center (CGMCC) with the preservation number of CGMCC No.32007 and the preservation date of 2024 and 09 and 20 days, and (b) turmeric and/or turmeric extract. According to the invention, enterococcus hainanensis and turmeric are compounded for the first time, the safety, mildness and long-acting improvement on dyslipidemia, liver burden and chronic inflammation of obese pets are realized through the synergistic effect of the strain and plant components, the synergistic lipid-lowering, anti-inflammatory and liver-protecting effects are obviously superior to those of single components, and a weight and metabolism management solution which can be fed for a long time and has stable effects is provided for obese pets, so that the defects of the prior art are overcome.

Description
Enterococcus haii, turmeric composition and application thereof in weight management of pets Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of pet microorganism products, and particularly relates to an enterococcus faecium and turmeric composition and application thereof in weight management of pets. Background In recent years, with the rapid increase of the number of pet rearing and the popularization of fine rearing, the obesity problem of pet cats is becoming prominent, and the overweight and obesity ratio in adult cats reared in urban rooms is high. Obesity not only causes excessive accumulation of body weight and body fat of cats, but also often accompanies metabolic disorders such as dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, fatty liver, chronic low-grade inflammation and the like, and seriously reduces the health life and life quality of pets. How to manage the weight of obese cats in a safe and sustainable manner has become an urgent need for the clinical and pet food industries of pets. The existing intervention mode of the obese cat mainly comprises the steps of adopting weight-losing prescription food for limiting energy intake, increasing exercise quantity, adding dietary fiber or L-carnitine into daily food, and the like. Although the weight of the cat can be reduced to a certain extent, the problems that the compliance is poor, the weight reduction speed is too high, the fatty liver is easy to be induced, partial cats only have stress or ingestion is reduced and the like are generally existed, the mild, safe and long-term maintenance of the weight management effect is difficult to realize, and the requirements of the market on the high-quality and scientific weight reduction scheme cannot be met. Intestinal microecology is closely related to metabolic diseases such as obesity, and part of probiotics such as lactobacillus and enterococcus can improve lipid metabolism through means of bile salt hydrolysis, cholesterol reduction, short-chain fatty acid production, inflammation regulation and the like. At present, the probiotics products for pets are gradually increased, but most strains are derived from human intestinal tracts or dairy product fermentation systems, and the colonization capacity, long-term stability and systemic intervention effect on obesity related metabolic indexes in cat intestinal tracts are not clear. The cat source strain is more suitable for cat intestinal environment and is more beneficial to stable colonization and function in cats, but the related technology of the existing cat source strain is mainly focused on improving diarrhea or general intestinal health, and lacks systematic research and product schemes for obese or dyslipidemia cat populations. Plant active ingredients are widely focused in metabolic disease nutrition regulation, and turmeric (Curcuma longa) and main active ingredient curcumin thereof have activities of resisting oxidization, resisting inflammation, regulating lipid metabolism and the like, and have the potential of improving blood fat and reducing liver fat deposition in various animal models and human body researches. Although turmeric powder or turmeric extract is added to some existing pet foods or health care products, it is mostly used for general antioxidant or health maintenance claims, no reasonable dosage and formulation design is performed for obese cats, and no systematic effect verification on obese cats is lacking. In summary, the existing nutrition intervention means for obese cats have obvious limitations that the existing nutrition intervention means for obese cats depend on energy limitation, conventional dietary fibers or human probiotics, lack special strains which adapt to intestinal environments of cats and have the functions of field planting and lipid metabolism regulation, are slightly applied to the field of pets by plant active ingredients such as turmeric, do not form a systematic intervention scheme aiming at the abnormal metabolism of obese cats, lack mature technologies of compatibility of the strains and the plant active ingredients and synergetically regulating and controlling lipid metabolism and inflammation, and are difficult to realize safe, long-acting and radical weight and metabolism management of obese cats. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an enterococcus hainanensis and turmeric composition and application thereof in the management of body weight of pets, and the safety, mildness and long-acting improvement of dyslipidemia, liver burden and chronic inflammation of obese pets are realized through the synergistic effect of bacterial strains and plant components, so that a weight and metabolism management solution which can be fed for a long time and has stable effect is provided for obese pets, and the defects of the prior art are overcome. The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme: The first aspect of the pre
