Description
Uterus traction device capable of avoiding tumor cell diffusion and application method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to medical equipment for gynecological operation, in particular to a uterus traction device capable of avoiding tumor cell diffusion and a use method thereof. Background In gynecological minimally invasive surgery (especially laparoscopic or robotic surgery), the traditional uterine manipulator or traction method exposes the operative field by lifting the uterus, but still may increase the risk of tumor spreading, uterine injury, etc. For example, in cervical cancer/endometrial cancer surgery, the appliance can push the uterus to promote cancer cells to drop into the abdominal cavity, so that the risk of tumor spreading is greatly increased, perforation is easy to occur when a postmenopausal uterine atrophy or muscle wall weakness is subjected to surgery, and the forceps or cup-shaped uterine lifter is easy to excessively lift, so that a pelvic anatomy structure can be distorted, ureter/blood vessel is accidentally injured, the surgery field is affected, cervical laceration is easy to be caused, and the postoperative fertility function is affected. At present, an alternative scheme for avoiding uterine lifting operation appears, the core thought is a Touch-free (No-Touch) technology and an in-vivo suspension method, and the contraindication of malignant tumor operation is particularly emphasized, so that iatrogenic injury is reduced as far as possible on the premise of ensuring the operation field. Therefore, the international guidelines of the gynecologic oncology society (IGCS) emphasize that cervical cancer surgery above the IA2 stage disables the uterine manipulator (2023), and that the suspension method needs to cooperate with intraoperative ultrasonic monitoring of the uterine position to prevent the ureter from being distorted. However, the existing "No Touch" technology and "in vivo suspension" still have a relatively high risk of tumor cell diffusion during the implementation process. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a uterus traction device which can completely wrap and isolate a cervix, a uterus and double accessories thereof and can avoid the diffusion of tumor cells and a use method thereof. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the uterus traction device capable of avoiding the diffusion of tumor cells comprises a bag made of flexible medical materials, wherein the bag is provided with a closed end for wrapping the bottom of a uterus and an open end for facing the cervical orifice, the open end is provided with an adjusting and tightening mechanism, the cervical, the uterus and double accessories thereof can be wrapped in the bag by pulling the open end, and then the open end is tightened by the adjusting and tightening mechanism. Preferably, the opening end is provided with a curled edge, the adjusting and tightening mechanism comprises two hollow elastic arc strips arranged in the curled edge and a pull wire penetrating through inner cavities of the two elastic arc strips and extending out of the curled edge, and the two elastic arc strips are folded by tightening the pull wire so as to tighten the opening end. Preferably, two baffle rings are arranged at the extending part of the pull wire, and when the pull wire is tensioned, each baffle ring is abutted against the corresponding elastic arc strip to enable the two elastic arc strips to be folded. Preferably, one side of each baffle ring is provided with a frustum, and when the pull wire is pulled tightly, the frustum is inserted into the inner cavity of the corresponding elastic arc strip to tightly support the elastic arc strip. Preferably, a pulling ring extending out of the curled edge is arranged at the middle part of the length direction of each elastic arc strip, and the opening end is pulled by the pulling ring. Preferably, the device further comprises a sheath tube, wherein the bag can be contained in the sheath tube after being folded, and when the sheath tube is inserted into the abdominal cavity, the bag is pushed out to open for traction. Preferably, the closed end is provided with an arc piece which abuts against the bottom of the uterus when the capsular bag is pulled. Preferably, a push rod is arranged in the sheath tube, and the arc piece is pushed by the push rod to push the sac out of the sheath tube. Preferably, the bag is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is provided with a sealing valve. The invention also provides a use method of the uterus traction device capable of avoiding tumor cell diffusion, which comprises the following steps: (1) Pushing the sac to the vicinity of the uterus through a sheath; (2) The arc piece at the closed end of the bag is abutted against the bottom of the uterus; (3) Then, pulling is carried out through a pulling ring at the opening end of the ba
