- 1. The annuloplasty ring retraction device according to claim 2 wherein a retaining wall is provided on the housing, a through hole through which the probe rod passes is provided on the retaining wall, the probe rod can move relative to the retaining wall, the control member is located at a distal end of the retaining wall, a proximal end of the probe rod passes through the fixing hole and then passes through the through hole of the retaining wall to be limited in the handle, and an elastic member is sleeved on an outer periphery of the probe rod between the control member and the retaining wall.

The annuloplasty ring retraction instrument according to claim 3 wherein the control member comprises a detection button and a connector limited to the detection button, wherein the detection button is exposed to the handle through the L-shaped slot, a limiting channel for limiting the connector is arranged on the detection button, the fixing hole is formed in the connector, and the connector is fixedly connected with the detection rod.

The annuloplasty ring retraction instrument according to claim 4 wherein the detection button comprises a button cap and a sliding rod protruding from the button cap, wherein the sliding rod is movable within the L-shaped slot, one end of the sliding rod is connected to the button cap, the other end of the sliding rod is provided with a limiting plate, two baffles are protruding from the limiting plate, and the limiting channel for limiting the connector is formed between the two baffles.

The annuloplasty ring retraction instrument according to claim 5 wherein the housing comprises an upper housing and a lower housing, wherein the lower housing has an anti-rotation slot formed therein, and wherein the connector comprises an anti-rotation portion positioned in the anti-rotation slot and a limiting portion perpendicular to the anti-rotation portion, the limiting portion being positioned in the limiting channel.

The annuloplasty ring retraction instrument according to claim 6 wherein said connector further comprises a hollow post projecting distally, said post being coaxially disposed with and in communication with said securing aperture, said post and said securing aperture being adapted for passage of said probe therethrough for fixedly connecting said probe to said connector.

The annuloplasty ring retraction instrument according to claim 1 wherein the upper clamping arms are provided in two and comprise a first upper clamping arm and a second upper clamping arm, each upper clamping arm is provided with a detection hole, the multi-lumen tube and the mounting member are provided with two detection channels, each detection channel is internally provided with a detection rod capable of moving relative to the detection channel, and the handle is provided with two control members for controlling the two detection rods respectively.

The annuloplasty ring retraction device according to claim 8 wherein the lower clamping arm is provided with two puncture needle channels, the annuloplasty ring retraction device further comprises two puncture needles respectively arranged in the two puncture needle channels, the first upper clamping arm is provided with a first taper hole for one puncture needle to pass through, the second upper clamping arm is provided with a second taper hole for the other puncture needle to pass through, each puncture needle is provided with an anchor piece in the distal end, each anchor piece is internally fixed with a suture, one free end of each suture is fixed in one anchor piece, and the other free end of each suture is fixed in the other anchor piece.

The annuloplasty ring retraction instrument according to claim 9 wherein a slot is provided in the lower clip arm for placement of a spacer, two free ends of the suture are respectively secured to two of the anchors through the spacer, the U-shaped end of the suture is located on one side of the spacer, and two free ends of the suture are located on the other side of the spacer.
