Abstract

According to the micro-motion intramedullary nail, the problem of stress shielding caused by mismatching of elastic modulus of the existing intramedullary nail and bone tissue is effectively solved by arranging the micro-motion assembly, moderate micro-motion space is provided during fracture healing, excessive bearing stress of the intramedullary nail is avoided, the risk of bone mass loss and osteoporosis is reduced, the probability of secondary fracture is reduced, the fracture healing period is shortened, and meanwhile, the absorbable block is not required to be taken out through secondary operation, so that pain and medical burden of a patient are relieved.

- 1. The micro-motion intramedullary nail comprises an intramedullary nail main body (1), wherein the intramedullary nail main body (1) is composed of a far-end nail body (2) and a near-end nail body (3), a far-end interlocking screw hole is formed in the far-end nail body (2), and a near-end interlocking screw hole is formed in the near-end nail body (3), and the micro-motion intramedullary nail is characterized in that a micro-motion assembly is arranged between the far-end nail body (2) and the near-end nail body (3), the micro-motion assembly comprises an absorbable block (4) and a limiting nail body (5), the length of the limiting nail body (5) extends into the near-end nail body (3), and a femtosecond laser modified coating (6) for promoting fracture healing is arranged on the outer wall of the intramedullary nail main body (1).
- 2. The micro-motion intramedullary nail according to claim 1, wherein the length of the distal nail body (2) is smaller than the length of the proximal nail body (3), and the outer diameter of the distal nail body (2) is the same as the outer diameter of the proximal nail body (3).
