Description

Fixing plate for fracture of femoral condyle hoffa Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field related to orthopedics medical equipment, in particular to a fixing plate for fracture of femoral condyle hoffa. Background Hoffa fracture is a clinically rare femoral condyle injury, the occurrence rate of which accounts for 8.7% -13% of the fracture at the distal end of femur, and the fracture end is unstable due to the particularity of the anatomical structure, so that the patients have reached consensus in adopting surgical treatment. Currently Hoffa fracture is usually Letenneur type, and is classified into 3 types according to the position of the fracture line, as shown in fig. 1 to 3. The I-type is shown in figure 1, and is a vertical fracture involving the whole posterior condyle and parallel to the rear cortex of the femur, the fracture line is parallel to the rear cortex of the femur shaft, the gastrocnemius lateral head and the popliteal tendon are attached on the fracture block, the anterior cruciate ligament or the lateral collateral ligament is attached at the front or rear part of the fracture line, and the fracture block has good blood circulation. As shown in fig. 2, the fracture line is parallel to the basal part of the posterior condyle, the fracture block has almost no blood circulation, and is divided into three subtypes a, b and c from front to back according to the position of the fracture line, the probability of adhesion of the lateral gastrocnemius head and the popliteal tendon from subtype a to subtype c to the fracture block is smaller and smaller, and the lateral gastrocnemius head and the popliteal tendon are not adhered to the fracture block of type II c. Type III is shown in figure 3, and is a femoral posterior condyle oblique fracture, the fracture line is inclined from back to top and front to bottom, the lateral head of gastrocnemius, popliteal tendon, anterior cruciate ligament and lateral collateral ligament are attached on the fracture block, and the fracture block has good blood circulation. Aiming at I-type and II-type Hoffa fractures, the vertical fracture surface fixation of the hollow nails is a common fixation method, but the simple screw fixation is insufficient to resist the shearing force and the varus-valgus stress of the tibia platform to the medial and lateral condyles of the femur during the knee joint buckling, the condition of internal fixation failure and fracture re-displacement easily occurs, and the function of the knee joint is seriously affected. Therefore, the art considers the application of hollow nails and steel plate internal fixation to treat Hoffa fracture, but the prior art lacks Hoffa fracture special steel plate, and the common steel plate adopts thicker screws for realizing stable fixation. In particular, when treating type II b and type C fracture, the thicker screw is easy to damage and separate the bone block, so that the bone block is cracked, and in addition, the general steel plate is easy to cause discomfort of the knee joint of a patient, delay the function exercise time and delay the function recovery of the knee joint due to local irritation of the inner and outer collateral ligament dead points. In summary, there is a need in the art for a special fixation plate for femoral condyle hoffa fractures to effectively accommodate different types of hoffa fractures, and to reduce irritation of the steel plate to collateral ligament dead points, and to increase patient recovery rate. Disclosure of Invention Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a fixing plate for fracture of femoral condyle hoffa, which adopts an axe structure and is mounted with a plurality of types of screws to adapt to different hoffa fracture types under the condition of ensuring firm fixation, and avoid irritation of the steel plate to the collateral ligament dead points. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a fixing plate for fracture of femoral condyle hoffa, which comprises an integrated axe handle part, an axe head part and a connecting part, wherein one end side part of the axe handle part is connected with the axe head part through the connecting part, the axe handle part, the axe head part and the connecting part are all provided with a plurality of bolt holes, the fixing plate for fracture of femoral condyle hoffa is connected with the femoral condyle by arranging bolts in the bolt holes, the connecting part adopts an arch-shaped bulge design, the bottom of the connecting part is not contacted with a bone, the axe head part is correspondingly arranged with a fracture block, and the axe head part is provided with a plurality of rows of bolt holes. Preferably, the inner walls of the bolt holes are provided with threads. Preferably, the axe handle is provided with a plurality of axe handle bolt holes, and the axe handle bolt holes are uniformly distributed along the extending direction of the axe handle. Preferab
