Description

Sulfonate-containing gel composition and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of gel products, in particular to a gel composition containing sulfonate and application thereof in personal care products, household cleaning products and industrial cleaning products. Background The gel-type product has the characteristics of clear and transparent appearance, special rheological property, capability of suspending small particles, certain ornamental value, no greasy feel during use, easy spreading, easy cleaning and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of cosmetics, cleaning agents, toothpaste and the like. At present, gels are mainly formed by adding various polymer thickeners or gelling agents. Commonly used thickeners are celluloses, mucopolysaccharides, polyvinyl alcohols, gums, sodium polyacrylates, polyvinylpyrrolidone, vinyl polymers and the like. Common varieties include starch, gelatin, sodium alginate, guar gum, crustacean gum, gum arabic, xanthan gum, soybean protein gum, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, modified paraffin resins, carbopol resins, styrene butadiene rubber, and the like. For the AES system, sodium chloride thickening may also be used. The team of the invention utilizes self-thickening of N-long chain acyl amino acid and alkali (such as basic amino acid/inorganic alkali) to form gel, and various polymer thickeners or gelling agents are not needed to be added, and related contents are disclosed in WO2024078286A1 and CN117883307A. However, the gel is formed by self-thickening of the N-long chain acyl amino acid and the basic amino acid/inorganic base, and the total weight percentage of the N-long chain acyl amino acid and the basic amino acid/inorganic base is required to be more than 30wt%, and higher addition amount leads to higher cost. Meanwhile, considering that the limited amount of a part of N-long chain acyl amino acid in cosmetics is below 20wt%, this results in a great limitation in the practical use of the solution with high N-long chain acyl amino acid content. Disclosure of Invention The inventor discovers that the formula viscosity can be obviously improved by the synergistic effect of the (c) hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and the (d) amphoteric surfactant in the presence of free N-long-chain acyl amino acid. In the case where the amount of the N-long chain acyl amino acid/salt is insufficient and an inorganic base or an organic amine is used instead of a relatively expensive basic amino acid, the viscosity can be raised by introducing one or more of a sulfonate type surfactant, an alkyl glycoside type surfactant, an alkanolamide type surfactant, and an ampholytic sodium acetate type surfactant. However, the thickening system is still not universal for gel formation and requires further refinement screening. Specifically, the invention provides the following technical scheme. The present invention provides a sulfonate-containing gel composition comprising (a) a salt of an N-long chain acyl amino acid, (b) a free N-long chain acyl amino acid, (c) a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, (d) an amphoteric surfactant, and (e) a sulfonate-based surfactant. Or the gel composition comprises (a') an N-long chain acyl amino acid partially neutralized with a base, (c) a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, (d) an amphoteric surfactant, and (e) a sulfonate-based surfactant. Wherein (a') the N-long chain acyl amino acid partially neutralized with a base means a product after the N-long chain acyl amino acid is partially neutralized with a base, and the product is finally present in the composition as a salt of the N-long chain acyl amino acid and as a free N-long chain acyl amino acid which is not neutralized. Or the gel composition comprises (a '') a base and an N-long chain acyl amino acid, and the number of moles of the base is less than the N-long chain acyl amino acid such that the degree of neutralization of the N-long chain acyl amino acid is less than 100%, (c) a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, (d) an amphoteric surfactant, and (e) a sulfonate surfactant. The base and the N-long chain acyl amino acid are added separately to the formulation, but the two are necessarily reacted, and the salt of the N-long chain acyl amino acid and the free N-long chain acyl amino acid which is not neutralized are finally present in the composition because the neutralization degree is less than 100%. The particularly selected sulfonate-based surfactants of component (e) ensure gel formation of the system when components (a), (a '') are used in an insufficient amount or when an inorganic base or an organic amine is used to neutralize the N-long chain acyl amino acid. For the N-long-chain acyl amino acid in the composition, the N-long-chain acyl in the N-long-chain acyl amino acid is derived from saturated or unsaturated linear or branched fatty acid with 8-22 carbon atoms. Further, the N-long chain acyl group in the N-long chain ac
