Description
Plant starch soft capsule and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of capsule preparations, and particularly relates to a plant starch soft capsule and a preparation method thereof. Background The disclosure of this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to those of ordinary skill in the art. In the fields of medicines, foods, cosmetics and the like, soft capsules are widely used as an important packaging form, and the main function of the soft capsules is to cover various active ingredients. At present, the commercial soft capsule products still take gelatin as the main choice in terms of raw material preparation. However, gelatin, which is a material of animal origin, has many problems that are difficult to ignore. From the weather resistance point of view, soft capsules made of gelatin are inferior in weather resistance. In the transportation process, soft capsules can be softened, deformed and even adhered when being subjected to a high-temperature environment, and can become brittle and easily break under a low-temperature condition. For example, in hot summer days, when the temperature in the transport vehicle exceeds 40 ℃, the physical form of the gelatin soft capsule may change, severely affecting product quality. In addition, in cold winter, especially in northern areas, the outdoor temperature is often as low as-10 ℃, at this time, the brittleness of the gelatin soft capsules is significantly increased, the gelatin soft capsules are broken by a little careless in the process of carrying, great challenges are brought to the transportation and storage of products, and high transportation risks exist. In terms of odor, gelatin itself has a certain fishy smell, which makes soft capsules prepared from gelatin as a raw material also have an unpleasant fishy smell of gelatin. This smell can be emitted after the product is opened, greatly affecting the consumer's use experience. Especially for people with relatively sensitive smell, such as children, pregnant women and the like, the fishy smell of the gelatin can cause discomfort and even cause nausea and other adverse reactions, thereby reducing the market acceptance of the product. Chinese patent publication No. CN113121889a discloses a starch film-forming composition and its application in plant soft capsules. Specifically, the starch film-forming composition comprises 10-35wt% of hydroxypropyl starch, 8-25wt% of crosslinked starch, 10-30wt% of plasticizer and 20-50wt% of water, and can be combined with common auxiliary materials of soft capsules to prepare plant starch soft capsules according to the traditional soft capsule preparation process (batching-gelatin-pelleting-drying). The Chinese patent publication No. CN119632945A discloses a method for preparing composite soft capsule skin containing plant starch, wherein the composite soft capsule skin comprises, by mass, 15-30% of gelatin, 5-20% of modified plant starch, 1-15% of composite vegetable gum, 1-10% of dopamine grafted pullulan, 10-30% of plasticizer and 25-45% of solvent. In order to solve the above problems of the gelatin soft capsules, researches on the plant starch soft capsules related to the above patents are available, but the prior art still has obvious defects in improving weather resistance, and is difficult to meet the market demand for high quality soft capsule products. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the problems of poor weather resistance and the like of the existing gelatin soft capsule and provides a plant starch soft capsule and a preparation method thereof. The plant starch soft capsule disclosed by the invention is based on plant source raw materials, and the weather resistance of the soft capsule is obviously improved through innovative formula composition and preparation process, so that the market demand for high-quality soft capsule products is met. The plant starch soft capsule comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-75 parts of hydroxypropyl starch, 20-35 parts of carrageenan, 2-8 parts of semen plantaginis gum, 1-5 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5-2 parts of meglumine. Wherein the preferable formula comprises 65 parts of hydroxypropyl starch, 30 parts of carrageenan, 5 parts of semen plantaginis gum, 3 parts of sodium alginate, 1.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate and 1 part of meglumine. The formula can construct a stable colloid network structure through the synergistic effect of the components, and improves the weather resistance and physical properties of the soft capsule. The preparation method of the plant starch soft capsule comprises the following steps: (1) The preparation method comprises the steps of raw material pretreatment, respect
