Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of nutritional compositions and cosmetics, and particularly relates to a hydroxytyrosol composition and application thereof in anti-aging products. The hydroxytyrosol composition consists of pyrroloquinoline quinone and hydroxytyrosol. Extracellular matrix (ECM) is the core foundation for maintaining skin structure and morphology, collagen is the ECM core component, hydroxyproline is its characteristic amino acid, TGF- β1 and MMP-1 as key factors of senescence-associated secretion phenotypes regulate ECM remodeling and skin aging. The hydroxytyrosol composition can improve the contents of collagen, hydroxyproline and TGF-beta 1, promote ECM synthesis and skin repair, inhibit MMP-1 expression, reduce collagen degradation, reduce MDA level, enhance antioxidant capacity, improve skin moisture content and hyaluronic acid content, improve moisturizing performance, has definite components and controllable quality, can delay skin aging by multiple targets, and has good application prospect in the anti-aging field.

Description
Hydroxytyrosol composition and application thereof in anti-aging products Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of nutritional compositions and cosmetics, and particularly relates to a hydroxytyrosol composition and application thereof in anti-aging products. Background Skin aging is the result of the combined action of endogenous physiological aging and exogenous environmental stimuli, wherein photoaging caused by Ultraviolet (UVB) irradiation is the most important exogenous cause, which can seriously affect skin health and appearance by inducing oxidative stress, breaking collagen network, abnormally activating matrix metalloproteinase and other mechanisms, resulting in reduced skin moisture content, reduced elasticity, increased wrinkles and reduced repair capability. Therefore, the development of anti-aging products which can resist UVB damage in a targeted manner and have the functions of resisting oxidization and repairing collagen becomes a research hot spot in the fields of nutritional compositions and cosmetics. Various anti-aging compositions have been developed in the prior art, for example, patent CN121313696a discloses an endogenous anti-aging composition based on an internal and external synergistic mechanism and a preparation method thereof. Wherein the endogenous anti-aging composition based on internal and external synergistic mechanism comprises alpha-ketoglutarate calcium, olive leaf extract, nicotinic acid, pyrroloquinoline quinone, pomegranate extract and coenzyme Q10. In the olive leaf extract, the mass content of hydroxytyrosol ranges from 10% to 20%, and multi-dimensional anti-aging is attempted to be realized through multi-channel synergy. The composition has obvious defects that firstly, the composition of the composition is complex, the multi-dimensional anti-aging requirements such as bone density and ovarian function are considered, the core pathological mechanism of unfocused skin photoaging is not strong in anti-aging pertinence, secondly, the basic source, the production place and the extraction process of the plant extract are not definitely limited, the unified quality control standard is lacking, the content of core active ingredients such as hydroxytyrosol is fluctuated, the stability and the reliability of the product efficacy are affected, thirdly, the efficacy verification depends on subjective questionnaire assessment, a systematic detection system based on objective biomarkers is not established, and the reference value is limited. In addition, the single-component anti-aging product has the problem of single action target point, namely pyrroloquinoline quinone can regulate mitochondrial function and reduce active oxygen generation, but has limited effect on collagen synthesis promotion, and hydroxytyrosol has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, but lacks effective inhibition effect on matrix metalloproteinase, and is difficult to comprehensively cope with multiple injuries of skin photoaging. In the prior art, the synergistic anti-aging effect of pyrroloquinoline quinone and hydroxytyrosol is not clear, the optimal ratio of the pyrroloquinoline quinone and hydroxytyrosol is not explored, the complementary advantages among the components cannot be fully exerted, and the efficient and comprehensive skin anti-aging effect is difficult to realize. Based on the above, a hydroxytyrosol composition which has definite components, scientific proportion and controllable quality and can resist the effect of UVB induced photoaging can be developed through objective indexes, has important significance for improving the pertinence and the reliability of the anti-aging products, and also meets the requirements of the current market on efficient and safe anti-aging products. Disclosure of Invention In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a hydroxytyrosol composition and application thereof in anti-aging products. Terminology: In the invention, the used terms pyrroloquinoline quinone, english name Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, PQQ for short, and chemical name of 4, 5-dihydro-4, 5-dioxo-1H-pyrrolo [2,3-f ] quinoline-2, 7, 9-tricarboxylic acid, molecular formula of C 14H6N2O8, molecular weight of 334.21, appearance of red to orange-red crystalline powder, good water solubility, slight solubility in organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol and the like, and biological activity of regulating mitochondrial function, removing active oxygen, resisting oxidation and promoting cell proliferation and repair are one of core active ingredients of the composition. The source of the pyrroloquinoline quinone is not particularly limited, and the pyrroloquinoline quinone can be obtained through chemical synthesis, microbial fermentation and other conventional preparation modes in the field, and the pyrroloquinoline quinone belongs to the pyrroloquinoline quinone category as long as the chemical structure of the pyrroloquinoline quinone is consistent wi
