The sturgeon polypeptide derived from sturgeon roe is selected as the active ingredient of the cosmetic, has small molecular weight and good biocompatibility, can participate in the metabolism regulation of skin cells, and is beneficial to promoting the synthesis of COL-I and ELN. Compared with the existing cosmetics based on common proteins or non-specific polypeptides, the composition has more obvious efficacy advantage in improving skin fine lines and wrinkles.

Claims (10)

1. 1. A cosmetic composition comprising a sturgeon polypeptide, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises a sturgeon polypeptide, the sturgeon polypeptide being derived from sturgeon roe.
2. 2. The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the sturgeon roe comprises at least one of sturgeon roe, acipenser-sturgeon roe.
3. 3. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the sturgeon polypeptide is selected from any one or more of the following: (a) A polypeptide with an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 1; (b) The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2.
4. 4. A cosmetic composition according to claim 3, wherein the sturgeon polypeptide is present in the cosmetic composition in an amount of 0wt% to 50 wt%, but not 0.
5. 5. The cosmetic composition according to claim 4, wherein the sturgeon polypeptide is present in the cosmetic composition in an amount of 0.001 wt% -10 wt%.
6. 6. The cosmetic composition of claim 5, further comprising one or more of deionized water, a preservative, a humectant, a solvent, an emulsifier, a dispersant, a fragrance, a colorant, a thickener, an antioxidant, a pH adjustor, and a surfactant.

A method of preparing a cosmetic composition comprising sturgeon polypeptides according to claim 6, comprising: s1, preparing a water phase, namely mixing deionized water, a humectant, a pH regulator and a thickener, heating and stirring uniformly until the mixture is completely dissolved; S2, preparing an oil phase, namely mixing an emulsifying agent, a solvent and an antioxidant, heating and stirring to completely dissolve and mix the emulsifying agent, the solvent and the antioxidant uniformly; s3, in the emulsification stage, slowly adding the oil phase into the water phase under a high-speed stirring state, homogenizing and stirring to form a uniform emulsion, cooling, adding sturgeon polypeptide, preservative, aromatic and colorant, stirring uniformly, filtering and discharging.
8. 8. Use of a cosmetic composition comprising sturgeon polypeptides according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that it is applied in the preparation of a leave-on cosmetic and a rinse-off cosmetic.
9. 9. The use of claim 8, wherein the leave-on cosmetic comprises at least one of a lotion, a pack, a cream, an eye cream, and an emulsion, and the rinse-off cosmetic comprises at least one of a make-up remover, a cleanser, a shampoo, a body wash, and a hair dye product.
10. 10. Cosmetic comprising at least a cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 and other additive ingredients.

Therefore, how to achieve effective maintenance of polypeptide activity and exert its anti-wrinkle effect in cosmetic formulations is an important issue in current research and application. In recent years, active ingredients of marine origin have received widespread attention in the cosmetic industry due to their structural diversity and functional uniqueness. Among them, active polypeptides derived from sturgeon caviar are considered to have potential advantages in improving skin wrinkles, enhancing skin elasticity, and promoting skin repair. Related researches show that the polypeptide has good application prospect in the aspects of resisting oxidation, regulating skin microenvironment, supporting collagen metabolism and the like, so that the polypeptide becomes an important functional component candidate in anti-wrinkle cosmetics. However, the application of the sturgeon roe paste sturgeon polypeptide in the existing cosmetics is mostly in a simple adding level, the technical scheme of systematic formula design aiming at the physicochemical properties of the sturgeon roe paste sturgeon polypeptide is lacking, and the existing cosmetics still have the defects in systematically regulating the expression of skin structural proteins and the skin barrier function. Therefore, it is still necessary to provide a reasonable cosmetic composition system, and fully exert the efficacy of sturgeon roe paste sturgeon polypeptide in improving wrinkles on the premise of ensuring the stability of a formula and the use safety, so as to meet the research and development requirements of high-efficacy anti-wrinkle cosmetics. The existing anti-wrinkle cosmetics depend on a single active ingredient or a single action path, and the appearance of wrinkles is reduced mainly through short-term moisturizing or surface improvement, but the existing anti-wrinkle cosmetics still have defects in systematically regulating the expression of skin structural proteins and the skin barrier function. Specifically, the active ingredients adopted in the prior art have limited effects in simultaneously up-regulating the expression of collagen type I (COL-I) and Elastin (ELN), and are difficult to effectively improve the dermis layer supporting structure, and meanwhile, the effect of reducing the percutaneous moisture loss rate is not obvious, so that the skin moisture retention capacity is insufficient, and the skin elasticity, glossiness and tightening state are further influenced. Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a cosmetic composition that synergistically promotes COL-I and ELN expression, effectively improves skin barrier function, and significantly improves skin elasticity and gloss, thereby achieving overall improvement of skin wrinkles. The invention aims at solving the technical problems, and aims at overcoming the defects that the existing anti-wrinkle cosmetic has single efficacy, limited overall improvement effect and the like by reasonably selecting sturgeon roe sauce sturgeon polypeptide as an active ingredient.
