CN-121987522-A - Composition containing DNA fragment and application of lidocaine hydrochloride
Abstract
The application provides a composition containing a DNA fragment and application of lidocaine hydrochloride in improving the stability of the composition containing the DNA fragment and crosslinked hyaluronic acid. Wherein the composition comprises cross-linked hyaluronic acid, a DNA fragment and lidocaine hydrochloride. The application discovers that lidocaine hydrochloride can improve the stability of PDRN or PN in the storage process of a crosslinked hyaluronic acid system. In addition, the viscoelasticity of the crosslinked hyaluronic acid has an important influence on the stability of the PDRN or PN in a crosslinked hyaluronic acid system, and when the crosslinked hyaluronic acid with specific elastic modulus and viscous modulus is combined with lidocaine hydrochloride and the PDRN or PN, the storage stability of the PDRN or PN in the crosslinked hyaluronic acid system can be remarkably improved, so that the combined product can stably maintain a uniform and transparent state for a long time, and the effects of resisting inflammation, repairing and promoting collagen synthesis are improved.

Description
Composition containing DNA fragment and application of lidocaine hydrochloride Technical Field The application belongs to the technical field of medical cosmetology, and particularly relates to a composition containing a DNA fragment and application of lidocaine hydrochloride in improving stability of an injection composition containing the DNA fragment and crosslinked hyaluronic acid. Background Along with economic development and social progress, people attach more importance to the external image. The skin is the largest organ on the outermost surface of the human body, and can be aged gradually like other organs of the human body, so that the functions are weakened or lost, the beauty is affected, and the incidence rate of various skin diseases is increased. In addition, the skin has stronger psychological effect due to the superficial exposure, and the delay of skin aging is one of the hot spots of people. Especially, the beauty and younger of the micro wound surface is sought by a plurality of beauty-seeking persons, and is also one of research hotspots in the domestic and foreign life science fields. Injection beauty is a common minimally invasive beauty means, and can directly inject nutrient substances required by skin into the skin, and after the nutrient substances are directly and rapidly absorbed through subcutaneous tissues, the effects of resisting aging and regenerating the skin are achieved. Crosslinked hyaluronic acid (hyalouronic acid, HA) is a commonly used injectable cosmetic material. Sensitive muscles, anti-inflammatory, repairing, red removing, color spot and acne marks and the like are high-potential medical requirements. DNA fragments, such as Polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRNs) or Polynucleotides (PN), are components that contribute to skin anti-inflammatory, repair and collagen regeneration. However, the mixed system of the crosslinked sodium hyaluronate gel and the PDRN or PN is a polymer material slightly dissolved in water, so that the mixed system can be separated out from the gel along with the extension of the storage time or the change of the storage condition after being dissolved in an isotonic physiological buffer solution, and the gel becomes turbid, thereby influencing the use effect of the product. Disclosure of Invention The application provides a composition containing DNA fragments and application of lidocaine hydrochloride in improving stability of a composition for injection containing the DNA fragments and crosslinked hyaluronic acid.
