Claims (10)

  1. 1. A soothing and repairing composition for sensitive muscles is characterized in that the active ingredients of the composition comprise guaiacum extract, mango leaf extract and phytosterol.
  2. 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises, by weight, 5-35 parts of guaiacum extract, 1-20 parts of mango leaf extract and 0.5-15 parts of phytosterol.
  3. 3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the weight parts of the components are 15-25 parts of guaiacum extract, 5-12 parts of mango leaf extract and 2-8 parts of phytosterol.
  4. 4. The composition of claim 1, wherein the plant sterol is selected from one or more of beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, brassicasterol.
  5. 5. The composition of claim 4, wherein the plant sterols comprise 45% beta-sitosterol, 25% stigmasterol, and 20% campesterol by weight.
  6. 6. The composition of claim 4, further comprising a carrier system selected from the group consisting of liposomes, nanoemulsions, microcapsules, and polyol solvent systems for encapsulating or dissolving the active ingredient.
  7. 7. A cosmetic product comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the composition is present in the finished cosmetic product in a mass percentage of 0.1% to 10.0%.
