Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of additives, and particularly relates to application of osthole in preparing an additive for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs. Aiming at the problem that the influence of osthole in piglet diarrhea is not seen in the prior art, the invention discovers that the osthole can be added into the ration of weaned piglets to prevent the piglet diarrhea for the first time, and therefore provides the application of osthole in preparing the additive for preventing the weaned piglets diarrhea. The invention further discovers that the coated osthole coated by a specific method has better effect of preventing diarrhea of piglets. The invention develops a brand new additive substance osthole for weaned pig diarrhea, which is used as a plant extract, is safe and has no toxic or side effect, has remarkable effect in preventing weaned pig diarrhea, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and use.

Description
Application of osthole in preparation of additive for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of additives, and particularly relates to application of osthole in preparing an additive for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs. Background China is a large pig raising country, and the current pig raising technology is increasingly processed and scaled through long-time development and accumulation, so that annual pig output is at the world leading level. However, during the pig raising process, there are still problems to be solved, and among these problems, the diarrhea problem at weaning of piglets is the primary one to be solved. In the existing breeding process, early weaning is generally carried out on piglets, and the action can cause piglet stress, influence the morphological structure of intestinal tissues of the piglets and the balance of intestinal microorganisms, and easily cause the problems of low feed intake, digestive system disorder, diarrhea and the like of the piglets. How to avoid diarrhea of weaned pigs and improve intestinal health and disease resistance of the weaned pigs is a focus of continuous attention in the industry. The traditional mode is to add a large amount of zinc oxide to resist diarrhea, however, the zinc oxide only plays roles of absorbing water and converging on weaned pigs, only can treat symptoms, and can not fundamentally solve the diarrhea problem of the weaned pigs. On the other hand, the use of zinc oxide in high doses makes a large amount of zinc not absorbed and discharged into the environment, affecting the environment and water sources, also accumulating in pork, affecting human health. Based on the above, the addition of high-dose zinc oxide into the daily ration of piglets is officially prohibited in 2022 in 6 months in China, and diarrhea reaction caused by weaning the piglets can be relieved only by other safer ways. In recent years, the research on the application of plant extracts in preparing additives for relieving diarrhea of weaned pigs is increasing, and a large number of plant extracts which are safe and reliable and have a certain diarrhea resisting function are emerging. Osthole, the name of which is Parsley methyl ether, methoxy Parsley phenol, and oxi brain, and the chemical name of which is 7-methoxy-8-isopentenyl coumarin, is a natural active substance isolated from fruit of cnidium monnieri belonging to the family Umbelliferae. The molecular formula is C 15H16O3, which is white or light yellow needle crystal powder, and the core structure consists of benzene ring and pyrone ring. The prior researches show that osthole has anti-inflammatory effect. However, the application of osthole in the field of feed additives is less studied, and the report on the application of osthole in relieving diarrhea of weaned pigs is not seen, so that development is needed. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide the application of osthole in preparing the additive for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs, which expands the application range of osthole on one hand and provides a safe and nontoxic additive for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs on the other hand. In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an application of osthole in preparing an additive for preventing diarrhea of weaned pigs. Wherein, in the application, the purity of the osthole is more than or equal to 95 percent. In the application, the using amount of osthole is 100-200 mg/kg daily ration. In the above application, the weaned pigs are weaned pigs of 7 to 28 days of age. Wherein, in the application, the osthole is osthole coated by chitosan and sodium alginate. Further, in the above application, the preparation method of the coating osthole comprises the following steps: a. Dissolving food-grade chitosan by adopting acetic acid solution with the volume concentration of 1-2% to prepare chitosan solution with the mass concentration of 1-2%, magnetically stirring for 20-30 min to completely dissolve, adjusting the pH value to 5.0-5.5, preparing aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 2-3% by using distilled water, stirring at a high speed for 20-30 min till no particles, and standing for deaeration for 20-30 min; b. adding osthole powder into the sodium alginate solution prepared in the step a, shearing and emulsifying at a high speed for 5-10 min to form uniform oil-water suspension, slowly dripping the suspension into the chitosan solution, stirring at a speed of 300-500 r/min, and continuing stirring for 10-15 min after dripping is finished to form a microcapsule by ionic crosslinking of chitosan and sodium alginate; c. adding a calcium chloride solution with the mass concentration of 2-3% as a crosslinking curing agent, stirring and curing for 20-30 min, centrifuging, collecting precipitate, washing with distilled water for 2-3 times, and drying at low temperature to obtain the coated osthole.
