1. 1. A compound Chinese medicine comprises (by weight parts) hesperidin 5-20 and citric acid 1-10.
2. 2. The compound traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass of 10 parts of hesperidin and 5 parts of citric acid.
3. 3. The compound traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the purity of hesperidin is more than or equal to 97%, and the purity of citric acid is more than or equal to 99%.

A compound traditional Chinese medicine, which is characterized by comprising the medicinal powder of the compound traditional Chinese medicine according to any one of claims 1-3, or water or organic solvent extract of raw materials as active ingredients, and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
