Abstract
The invention discloses a compound traditional Chinese medicine and application thereof in preparing an anti-eimeria tenella or coccidiosis medicine, and relates to the technical field of livestock breeding. The compound traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following raw materials, by mass, 5-20 parts of hesperidin and 1-10 parts of citric acid. The invention takes a chicken as an experimental object, and researches the effect of the compound traditional Chinese medicine on the coccidiosis of the chicken from the directions of general conditions, bloody stool conditions, coccidian oocyst discharge conditions, cecum tissue pathological changes, pathological detection, serum biochemistry, oxidation resistance detection and the like of the chicken by establishing a chicken coccidiosis model. The compound traditional Chinese medicine has good anticoccidial level, low cost of required raw materials, convenient use, no hormone and antibiotics, no toxic or side group use to chickens, no drug resistance, and provides a new choice for replacing chemicals for preventing and treating coccidian, and is expected to reduce or replace the addition of anticoccidial drugs in chicken feed.

Description
Compound traditional Chinese medicine and application thereof in preparation of anti-eimeria tenella or coccidiosis medicines Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock breeding, and particularly relates to a compound traditional Chinese medicine and application thereof in preparation of medicines for resisting eimeria tenella or treating coccidiosis. Background Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease caused by a series of coccidia in Eimeria, and is characterized by hemorrhagic pathological changes in the intestinal tract of chickens, and causes a series of clinical symptoms of listlessness, messy and mattness of feathers, reduced appetite, even waste blood and the like in the affected chickens. The disease is frequently generated in chickens, especially threatens the growth and development of 8-20-day-old chickens, the incidence rate after coccidium infection is generally more than seven, and the death rate can reach 50% or more. Except for chicks, the chicks of other ages are also susceptible, but have higher overage resistance, and the phenomena of delay in growth, malnutrition, listlessness and the like can appear after the overage resistance, so that the economic benefit of raising is directly reduced. After the infection of the laying hen, the egg yield is gradually reduced, even the egg production is stopped, and the production function of the laying hen is reduced or lost, so that the laying hen becomes a main disease which endangers the chicken industry. After sexual reproduction, the oocysts of the coccidian are discharged out of the body along with the excrement, so that the living environment of the oocysts is polluted, and further, other chickens can be infected through indirect transmission. If the disease is not found and measures are taken in time, the process is repeated continuously, the disease is finally caused to be popular in the region, and great threat and loss are caused to the poultry industry. At present, the prevention and treatment of chicken coccidiosis mainly dependent on ionophore drugs and chemical synthesis drugs. However, the problem of coccidian resistance is increasingly pronounced due to the long-term massive use and even abuse of these drugs. It is reported in a large number of documents that almost all commercially used anticoccidial chemicals have developed resistant strains, and that the phenomena of multiple resistance and cross resistance are becoming more serious. The general drug resistance often causes poor and even failure prevention and control effects of chicken coccidiosis, and once epidemic outbreaks occur, breeders face the dilemma of no drug availability, thereby causing huge economic loss. Due to the ubiquitous drug resistance, common chemical drugs gradually lose anticoccidial effect, so that chicken coccidiosis is more difficult to control. It is estimated conservatively that our country spends more than 30 million dollars on chicken coccidiosis control each year and economic losses due to this disease. In order to effectively control chicken coccidiosis, besides improving the quality of farmers and breeding enterprises, improving the immunity of chicken flocks and improving the health level of chicken flocks, more importantly, natural medicines for replacing anticoccidial medicines are actively searched in response to national 'forbidden' and 'substituted' calls, and the chicken coccidiosis is effectively prevented and treated on the premise of ensuring the health of chicken flocks, environment, human beings and society. In order to ensure the health of animals, environment, human beings and the like to the greatest extent and avoid excessive use of chemical medicines and vaccines, the natural medicine becomes an ideal way. China is used as the origin of traditional Chinese medicine, has abundant traditional Chinese medicine resources, and is an inherent advantage of our country. Effective development of anticoccidial traditional Chinese medicine resources, improvement of anticoccidial effect and guarantee of chicken food safety are promising. The foregoing background is only for the purpose of providing an understanding of the inventive concepts and technical aspects of the present application and is not necessarily prior art to the present application and is not intended to be used as an aid in the evaluation of the novelty and creativity of the present application in the event that no clear evidence indicates that such is already disclosed at the date of filing of the present application. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a compound traditional Chinese medicine and application thereof in preparing medicines for resisting eimeria tenella or treating coccidiosis, so as to effectively treat chicken coccidiosis, provide a new way for treating chicken coccidiosis, and avoid drug resistance and drug residues caused by chemical drug treatment. The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: A c
