Claims (3)

  1. 1. A modified tablet of DACHENGQI decoction comprises radix et rhizoma Rhei preparata 12-20g, cortex Magnolia officinalis 24-50g, fructus Aurantii Immaturus parched with bran 11-30g, natrii sulfas 9-20g, appropriate amount of dry starch, and disintegrating agent 3-9%.

The tablet of claim 1, wherein the disintegrating agent is selected from the group consisting of dry starch, crospovidone, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and combinations thereof, and wherein water or ethanol is used as a wetting agent and magnesium stearate is used as a lubricant during the preparation process.

A process for the preparation of a tablet according to claims 1-2, comprising the steps of: ① The preparation method of the Chinese medicinal extract comprises weighing cortex Magnolia officinalis and fructus Aurantii Immaturus, soaking in distilled water, decocting with slow fire, filtering with two layers of gauze, adding distilled water without residue, decocting under heating, filtering, mixing the filtrates, adding Natrii sulfas, dissolving, boiling, and concentrating. ② The preparation method of radix et rhizoma Rhei powder comprises weighing radix et rhizoma Rhei Preparata, drying at 60deg.C, and grinding into powder. ③ The granule is prepared by mixing radix et rhizoma Rhei powder and Chinese medicinal extract, adding appropriate amount of dry starch and absolute ethanol, making into soft material, sieving with 16 mesh sieve, granulating, drying at 40-70deg.C, sieving with 16 mesh sieve, and grading. ④ Adding disintegrating agent or surfactant, adding 1% lubricant, mixing, and tabletting.
