Abstract

The preparation method adopts the extraction process of firstly decocting tortoise shell, then extracting ginseng and the like, and combines spray drying and 85% ethanol granulating technologies, thereby effectively retaining active ingredients. The pharmacodynamics experiment result shows that the composition can obviously prolong the mouse load swimming time, improve the liver glycogen storage, reduce the blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen level, and the effect is obviously superior to the simple superposition of the single medicinal materials. The invention has scientific formula, remarkable synergy, stable process and high safety, and is suitable for long-term conditioning and relieving physical fatigue.

- 1. A pharmaceutical composition for relieving physical fatigue is characterized by comprising, by weight, 1-3 parts of cervus elaphus linnaeus, 1.6-3 parts of ginseng, 2-6 parts of wolfberry fruit, 2-6 parts of schisandra chinensis and 1-3 parts of tortoise shell.
- 2. The pharmaceutical composition for relieving physical fatigue according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials, by weight, 1 part of red deer antler, 1.6 parts of ginseng, 4 parts of medlar, 4 parts of shizandra berry and 3 parts of tortoise shell.

A method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition for alleviating physical fatigue according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of: S1, smashing and sterilizing antler of red deer for standby; s2, taking tortoise shells, adding water with the amount of 6-10 times that of the medicinal materials, and decocting for 1-2 hours to obtain tortoise shell decoction; s3, adding ginseng, medlar and schisandra chinensis into the tortoise shell decoction in the step 2, continuously adding water with the quantity of 6-10 times of that of the medicinal materials, extracting for three times, each time for 1-2 hours, filtering, and combining the filtrates; S4, concentrating the filtrate obtained in the step S3 to a relative density of 1.05-1.10, and spray drying to obtain dry paste powder; s5, adding the dry extract powder obtained in the step S4 into the hairy antler fine powder, uniformly mixing, adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials, and preparing the pharmaceutical composition.
