Description
Preparation method of natural antioxidant-rich pet anti-aging life-prolonging cell nutrient Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of pet nutrition supplements, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a natural antioxidant-enriched pet anti-aging life-prolonging cell nutrient. Background With the improvement of the home status of the pets and the improvement of the pet keeping concept, the pet owners pay more attention to the health aging and life quality prolongation of the pets. Through the nutrition intervention means, the normal physiological functions of the pet organism in the aging stage are supported, and the cell health is maintained, so that the method has become an important research direction in the field of pet nutrition. The natural antioxidant has natural sources, various biological activities and high safety, and has wide prospect in the development of anti-aging and life-prolonging nutrition for pets. However, the existing commercial pet nutritional supplements still have significant shortcomings in terms of antioxidant and anti-aging life-prolonging functions. First, most products are simply physical blends of functional materials in formulation design, lacking systematic consideration of synergistic interaction between the components. For example, antioxidants such as blueberry powder and green tea extract are directly mixed, so that differences of different antioxidants in absorption, distribution, metabolism and action targets are ignored, and the overall antioxidation efficiency of the antioxidant cannot realize the cooperative promotion of 1+1>2, so that the bioavailability is limited. Secondly, in the preparation process, the traditional technology has insufficient damage to the cell wall structure of the raw material, so that natural antioxidants (such as procyanidins in the pomegranate and catechin in the green tea) embedded in cells are difficult to fully release. The conventional pulverizing and mixing process has low extraction efficiency, and the active ingredients Yi Yinguang, heat, oxygen and other factors are deactivated in the subsequent processing and storage processes, so that the stability and effectiveness of the final product are greatly reduced. In addition, the roughness of the process also affects the palatability and physical properties of the product, such as large granularity and poor water dispersibility, and is unfavorable for the ingestion and digestion and absorption of pets, especially the elderly pets. Moreover, the processing process in the prior art may damage heat-sensitive nutrients (such as certain vitamins and active factors) in the raw materials, and meanwhile, macromolecular substances cannot be converted into small-molecular nutrients which are easier to be absorbed by the intestinal tracts of pets through effective technical means (such as enzymolysis and fermentation), so that the development of the nutritional value of the pets is further limited. In the aspects of formulation design and application, optimization aiming at physiological characteristics and eating habits of pets is lacking, so that the product has insufficient convenience and low compliance in actual use. Therefore, the pet nutrition industry is urgent to develop a cell nutrient preparation method capable of systematically integrating various natural antioxidants, maximally retaining and improving the activity of the cell nutrient through an innovative preparation process, and simultaneously having excellent stability and pet feeding compliance, so as to meet the urgent requirements of the market on efficient, safe and convenient pet anti-aging life-prolonging nutrition. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a natural antioxidant-rich pet anti-aging life-prolonging cell nutrient. The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme. A preparation method of a natural antioxidant-rich pet anti-aging life-prolonging cell nutrient comprises the following steps: (1) Raw material pretreatment, namely uniformly mixing, by weight, 10-20 parts of blueberry powder, 5-15 parts of broccoli powder, 5-10 parts of carrot powder, 3-8 parts of spinach powder, 2-5 parts of pomegranate extract, 1-3 parts of green tea extract, 0.5-2 parts of curcumin, 2-5 parts of fish oil, 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin E, 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin C and 50-100 parts of water; (2) Adding complex enzyme into the mixture in the step (1), controlling the final addition amount of cellulase to be 1000-5000U/g of the mixture and the final addition amount of pectase to be 2000-8000U/g of the mixture, performing enzymolysis for 1-2 hours under the condition of 40-50℃, pH 4.5-5.5, and then heating to 90 ℃ for sterilization for 10 minutes; (3) Microbial fermentation, namely cooling the enzymolysis liquid obtained in the step (2) to 30-35 ℃, inoculating 1-3% of lactobacillus suspension, and fermenting for 24-48 hours at 30-37 ℃;
