Description

Oral solution for treating xerophthalmia and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of biological pharmacy, and in particular relates to an oral solution for treating xerophthalmia and a preparation method thereof. Background Dry eye, also known as keratoconjunctival dryness, refers to a type of disease that causes unstable tear film and damage to the surface of the eye due to abnormalities in the amount or quality of tear fluid, resulting in symptoms of ocular discomfort. Symptoms include dry eyes, itching, burning and blurred vision, severe patients may be accompanied by severe pain and vision fluctuations, affecting daily activities and reducing quality of life. In short, the eyes lack sufficient tear water moistening or tear water is poor in quality, and the eyes cannot be normally protected. Normally, our eye surface is covered with a thin tear film, which consists of a lipid layer, an aqueous layer, and a mucin layer. The lipid layer prevents the tear from evaporating too rapidly and the aqueous layer provides the eye with the desired moisture and the mucin layer helps the tear to be evenly distributed over the surface of the eye. When a problem occurs in any of these three levels, dry eye may result. In modern life, an increasing number of people are afflicted with dry eye. This is associated with long use of electronic screens, reduced outdoor activity, frequent wearing of contact lenses, insufficient sleep, eye make-up or long driving, etc. Epidemiological studies show that the prevalence of xerophthalmia is about 5.5-33.7% in European and American countries, and about 21-30% in China, xerophthalmia can cause impaired social function and professional function of patients, and the quality of life is reduced, so that the epidemiological studies have become the research direction of global attention. The main active components of the wolfberry extract are wolfberry polysaccharide and carotenoid, wherein the wolfberry polysaccharide is a powerful antioxidant, can directly remove free radicals in eyes, inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and improve tear quality, so that dry eye symptoms are relieved, and lutein and zeaxanthin in the carotenoid are main components of macular pigment, can filter harmful blue light, reduce photooxidation injury and protect retina health. The main active ingredient of cowberry fruit extract is anthocyanin. Anthocyanin is water-soluble flavonoid compound, and has effects of preventing retinal detachment and severe myopia, and improving tear film rupture time, intraocular pressure, ocular surface diseases and patient symptoms. Taurine has the effects of promoting mucin secretion and stabilizing tear film. The patent application number CN201910176414.2 discloses a composition for helping to relieve the visual fatigue and xerophthalmia series symptoms and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition comprises, by weight, 1-800 parts of fish oil, 1-200 parts of blueberry extract or cowberry fruit extract, and 1-200 parts of vitamin C. The weight proportion of each component of the optimized proposal is 200-500 parts of fish oil, 30-70 parts of blueberry extract or cowberry extract, 15-55 parts of vitamin C, 10-30 parts of rutin powder, 10-30 parts of vitamin E, 3-10 parts of zinc element, 10-30 parts of beta-carotene, 2-6 parts of lutein and 1-2 parts of zeaxanthin. The composition adopts natural extracts, and combines various antioxidants and trace elements to play a synergistic effect, so that the effect is more remarkable than that of a single component. The human body test feeding test has further proved that the health care food has the beneficial effects on relieving visual fatigue, dry eyes, eye astringents, vision deterioration and the like. Patent application number CN201811203818.8 discloses a health food formula for maintaining eyes and improving asthenopia and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of health foods, and solves the problem of poor effect of the prior art on relieving asthenopia. The health food formula for curing eye and improving asthenopia comprises the components of medlar, chrysanthemum, cassia seed, cowberry fruit extract, lutein, taurine, zinc gluconate, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin C. The health food formula scientifically combines the raw materials of 'medicine and food homology' and 'new resource food' to prepare the health food for regulating and improving the symptoms of asthenopia, and is used for a white collar, students and brain workers to work for a long time against a computer, the time for using the vision is prolonged, and the symptoms of dry and uncomfortable eyes, photophobia, blurred vision and the like caused by overfatigue and liver fire endogenous are obviously regulated and improved. The invention patent application number CN202410004059.1 discloses a beverage for relieving visual fatigue, which comprises, by weight, 300-500 part
