Description
Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing or treating metabolic syndrome combined with ejection fraction retention type heart failure and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines. More particularly, relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing or treating metabolic syndrome combined with ejection fraction retention type heart failure and application thereof. Background Metabolic syndrome (Metabolic Syndrome, metS) is a group of metabolic abnormality syndromes characterized mainly by central obesity, dyslipidemia, metabolic disorder of blood glucose and elevated blood pressure, and is an important risk factor for the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. With aging population and changing lifestyle, the prevalence of MetS rises year by year, becoming an important public health problem affecting the prognosis of cardiovascular disease. Heart Failure (HFpEF) is an important type of Heart Failure and is mainly characterized by a relative retention of left ventricular ejection fraction, but there are pathological changes such as myocardial diastolic dysfunction and decreased cardiac compliance. HFpEF patients often combine MetS-related factors such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and the like, which overlap highly in the clinical population. The existing research shows that MetS is not only an important risk factor of HFpEF, but also can promote the change of myocardial structure and function through long-term metabolic abnormal state, thereby accelerating the occurrence and progress of HFpEF. Compared with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, the pathogenesis of HFpEF is more complex, the clinical phenotype heterogeneity is obvious, the treatment means is limited, and the prognosis of patients is less ideal. At present, western medicine mainly comprises life style intervention and targeted drug treatment aiming at abnormalities such as blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fat and the like, and simultaneously improves heart failure symptoms by combining diuresis, heart strengthening and the like. However, the above treatments focus on single risk factors or symptomatic control, and there is still a lack of overall intervention against MetS combined with HFpEF complex pathological states, which is still insufficient in controlling patient disease progression and long-term prognosis. The occurrence and development of MetS and HFpEF are considered to be closely related to spleen dysfunction transportation, turbid phlegm endogenous generation, qi movement disorder, blood collateral disharmony and other factors by traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the overall view and dialectical treatment theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the Chinese medicinal composition capable of considering the pathological basis of MetS and improving the heart function of HFpEF is explored, and the Chinese medicinal composition has great significance for enriching the prevention and treatment means of the diseases. Disclosure of Invention The first aim of the invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing or treating metabolic syndrome combined with ejection fraction retention type heart failure. A second object of the present invention is to provide a Chinese medicinal preparation comprising the above-mentioned Chinese medicinal composition. A third object of the present invention is to provide an application of the above-mentioned Chinese medicinal composition or Chinese medicinal preparation in preparing a medicament for preventing or treating metabolic syndrome complicated with ejection fraction retention type heart failure. In order to achieve the first object, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: the invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing or treating metabolic syndrome combined with ejection fraction retention type heart failure, which is prepared from the following raw materials: fructus Trichosanthis, massa Medicata Fermentata preparata, fructus Aurantii Immaturus, rhizoma Pinelliae, coptidis rhizoma, radix astragali, radix Paeoniae Rubra, and radix Saposhnikoviae. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention is based on the pathological basis of heart failure with reserved ejection fraction, takes the disease position and the disease characteristics of metabolic syndrome into consideration, carries out systematic intervention on the complex pathogenesis of 'phlegm turbidity-qi movement-blood collaterals' interweaving under the background of heart failure with reserved ejection fraction, and realizes the prevention or treatment of heart failure with reserved metabolic syndrome and reserved ejection fraction by integrally conditioning the transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach, resolving phlegm turbidity and promoting the circulation of qi movement
