Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating coronary heart disease, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from, by weight, 10-30 parts of astragalus mongholicus, 5-15 parts of rhodiola rosea, 10-30 parts of radix salviae miltiorrhizae, 5-15 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong, 10-30 parts of trichosanthes kirilowii maxim, 5-15 parts of allium macrostemon, 5-15 parts of ginkgo leaves, 10-30 parts of radix puerariae, 10-30 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 3-10 parts of schisandra chinensis, 15-30 parts of oyster, 5-15 parts of cassia twig and 3-10 parts of liquorice. Animal experiment results show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has obvious and multi-aspect curative effect advantages in the aspect of treating a rat model with coronary heart disease. Not only can strengthen the myocardial contraction capacity and recover the heart pumping function, but also can inhibit inflammatory reaction, lighten myocardial injury, effectively lighten myocardial structural injury and protect myocardial tissue integrity. In addition, the experimental results of the comparative examples show that the lack of any drug pair can significantly weaken the effect of the composition provided by the invention, thereby explaining the lack of each drug in the prescription.

Description

Chinese herbal compound and preparation for treating coronary heart disease as well as preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine compound and preparation for treating coronary heart disease, and a preparation method and application thereof. Background Coronary heart disease is a common cardiovascular disease that causes stenosis or blockage of a lumen due to coronary atherosclerosis, thereby causing myocardial ischemia and hypoxia. Along with the improvement of social and economic level and the change of life style, the prevalence rate of the Chinese herbal medicine is increased year by year. The Chinese cardiovascular health and disease report 2024 shows that the number of adult coronary heart disease patients in China exceeds 1130 thousands, and the disease burden is continuously increased. At present, coronary heart disease not only lays the second burden of global diseases, but also is the third leading cause of death, and seriously threatens human health. Modern medicine mainly adopts modes of drug treatment, percutaneous coronary intervention treatment, coronary artery bypass grafting and the like to cope with coronary heart disease. Although the methods can relieve myocardial ischemia symptoms to a certain extent, the occurrence risk of postoperative cardiovascular events is difficult to completely avoid, and some patients still face the problems of restenosis, drug side effects and the like. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, coronary heart disease belongs to the category of chest stuffiness and pain, and is the heart disease, which belongs to the syndrome of principal deficiency and secondary excess, and the treatment emphasizes the 'deficiency and excess reinforcing, vein relaxing and stasis removing'. In recent years, with the deep integration of evidence-based medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research, the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in coronary heart disease prevention and treatment is gradually clear, and the traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the aspects of overall regulation and multi-target intervention. Research shows that the Chinese herbal compound has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, activating yang to dissipate stagnation, tonifying qi and nourishing yin, and calming heart and soothing nerves, and the effect is not only limited to the improvement of blood vessel level, but also focuses on the regulation of whole qi and blood and the recovery of viscera functions. Compared with western medicine which mainly focuses on blood circulation reconstruction and symptom control, traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the fundamental regulation of pathogenesis and shows the characteristics of multicomponent, multichannel and systematic intervention. The traditional Chinese medicine shows a unique concept of overall regulation and multi-target intervention in coronary heart disease treatment, has potential advantages in improving long-term prognosis of patients, improving life quality and reducing adverse reactions, and provides important ideas and scientific basis for combined prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and research and development of new traditional Chinese medicine. However, the existing traditional Chinese medicine compounds for treating coronary heart disease, which can be used for clinical reference, are still relatively limited, and further research and development of more traditional Chinese medicine compounds for clinical reference are needed to meet the increasingly severe requirements for preventing and treating coronary heart disease. Disclosure of Invention Coronary heart disease is mostly classified as chest stuffiness, heart pain and the like in traditional Chinese medicine, and the core pathogenesis is usually qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm stagnation and heart pulse obstruction or qi-yin deficiency and restlessness of heart mind. The compound provided by the invention has the effects of tonifying qi, promoting blood circulation, reducing phlegm, activating yang, nourishing yin, soothing the nerves and the like through multi-target compatibility, accords with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment principle of coronary heart disease, and is particularly suitable for the syndrome differentiation type of the traditional Chinese medicine of coronary heart disease, such as qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type or complex syndrome type such as qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type. In addition, the compound combines the traditional meridian prescription with the modern pharmacological evidence, for example, the snakegourd fruit and the allium macrostemon are derived from the snakegourd fruit and allium macrostemon white wine soup of the 'jin Kui Yao Lv'
