Description
External preparation for treating pruritic dermatosis and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations, and in particular relates to an external preparation for treating pruritic skin diseases and a preparation method thereof. Background The skin is used as the largest organ and the first health defense line of the human body, and the functional impairment is easy to cause various skin diseases, wherein the pruritic skin diseases are one of the most common disease categories of clinical dermatology, and comprise various diseases such as acute eczema, scabies, tinea manus, tinea pedis, various dermatitis, skin pruritus and the like. The core clinical characteristics of the diseases are all characterized by skin itch with different degrees, often accompanied by skin damage, erythema, pimple, desquamation, dryness, blisters and other symptoms, and part of the diseases are chronic and recurrent disease course, and are easy to fall into the cycle of diagnosis-treatment-stopping drug-recrudescence-retreatment, which chronically afflicts patients and increases medical burden. At present, the external preparation for treating the pruritic dermatosis mainly clinically, the external administration mode can directly act on a lesion part, the effect is rapid, the adverse reaction of systemic administration can be reduced, and the external preparation is a first-choice treatment mode for treating the light and medium pruritic dermatosis and is an important component of combined treatment of moderately severe patients. The existing external preparation is mainly divided into the following categories, namely, a glucocorticoid preparation which is used as a first-line clinical treatment medicine can quickly inhibit inflammatory reaction and relieve itching and skin injury, but long-term or improper use can easily cause adverse reactions such as skin barrier damage, skin atrophy, telangiectasia, pigmentation and the like, can possibly cause unbalance of skin microflora, increase infection risk, and easily cause 'rebound phenomenon' when stopping medicine suddenly, so that symptom recurrence is aggravated, and meanwhile, patients generally have 'hormone fear' psychological, have poor compliance, and limit the clinical application range and long-term use effect. Secondly, the antihistamine external preparation mainly plays an antipruritic role by blocking histamine receptors, but has a single action mechanism, has limited effect of relieving itching mediated by inflammatory factors, has skin irritation, and is not suitable for damaged skin or sensitive parts. Thirdly, natural component preparations, such as products containing menthol and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, can only realize instant itching relieving, lack the repair capability of damaged skin barriers, cannot radically solve the problem of itching repetition, have insufficient synergistic effect among components, do not form complete efficacy closed loops of itching relieving-anti-inflammatory-repair, and are difficult to realize long-term symptom control effects. Therefore, the field needs to combine the pathogenesis and clinical treatment requirements of the pruritic dermatosis, and provides the external preparation which has definite curative effect, low recurrence rate, small side effect, stable quality, simple and convenient preparation, convenient use and suitability for various people for treating the pruritic dermatosis. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the problems in the prior art, a first object of the present invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pruritic skin diseases and application thereof in preparing external preparations for treating acute eczema, scabies, tinea manus and pedis, dermatitis and/or skin pruritus.
