The kaempferia galanga extract is prepared from kaempferia galanga as a raw material by adopting ethanol as an extraction solvent, and through extraction, filtration and concentration. Experimental results show that the kaempferia galanga extract has no obvious toxicity to chick embryos in a certain dosage range, and the survival rate of chick embryos can be improved by treating the kaempferia galanga extract with different dosages after the chick embryos are infected by infectious bronchitis viruses, and the kaempferia galanga extract can reduce the expression level and the virus copy number of virus antigens in chick embryo liver tissues and allantoic fluid, so that the kaempferia galanga extract has prevention and treatment effects on infectious bronchitis virus infection. The kaempferia galanga extract has the advantages of easily available raw materials, simple process, low cost and suitability for popularization and application.

Description
Application of kaempferia galanga extract in preparation of medicines for resisting infectious bronchitis viruses Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of prevention and treatment of poultry diseases, and particularly relates to application of kaempferia galanga extract in preparation of a medicament for resisting infectious bronchitis viruses of chickens. Background Infectious bronchitis (infectious bronchitis, IB) is a highly infectious avian viral disease caused by infectious bronchitis virus (infectious bronchitis virus, IBV), belonging to the coronaviridae family. The disease mainly invades the respiratory system of chickens, can affect tissues and organs such as kidneys and reproductive systems, and has the clinical symptoms of dyspnea, cough, sneeze, reduced feed intake, slow growth, reduced laying rate of laying hens, poor egg quality and the like, and can cause higher morbidity and mortality when serious, thus causing obvious economic loss to chicken industry. At present, the prevention and control of infectious bronchitis in chickens mainly depend on vaccine immunity and biological safety measures. However, due to the complex and variable IBV genotypes and serotypes, the cross protection between different strains is limited, and the vaccine immune effect is often unstable in practical production. In addition, immune failure or recessive infection may still occur after vaccine immunization, and it is difficult to completely block viral transmission. Aiming at the infected chicken flocks, specific, safe and effective anti-IBV therapeutic drugs are not available, symptomatic support therapy or auxiliary drugs are mostly adopted clinically, and the viral replication and disease process are difficult to be inhibited fundamentally. In recent years, with the continuous and intensive research of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines and natural plant active ingredients, plant extracts are widely focused in the field of prevention and control of animal viral diseases due to the advantages of wide sources, high biological safety, low residual risk and the like. Kaempferia galanga (KAEMPFERIA GALANGA L.) as a traditional medicinal plant, its extract is rich in various bioactive components, mainly including flavonoids (such as kaempferol and its derivatives), volatile oils (such as ethyl p-methoxycinnamate), organic acids and polysaccharides. However, natural source antiviral drugs for IBV are still limited, and particularly, research and application of kaempferia galanga extract in IBV resistance have not been reported or systematically elucidated. Therefore, the natural plant source active ingredient which is safe, effective and can be used for preparing the anti-IBV medicament is developed, and has important practical significance and application value for enriching IBV prevention and control means, reducing the breeding risk and promoting the healthy development of poultry breeding industry. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the natural product IBV-resistant application which is reliable in source, simple and convenient to prepare and good in safety. Can solve the problems of quick IBV transmission, frequent variation, limited vaccine cross protection capability, lack of safe and effective antiviral drugs in clinic and the like in the prior art. The object of the invention is achieved by: an application of Kaempferia galanga extract in preparing medicines for resisting infectious bronchitis virus is provided. The kaempferia galanga extract can reduce the expression level of virus antigen and the virus copy number in chick embryo liver tissue and allantoic fluid. The kaempferia galanga extract has no obvious toxicity to a host within an effective dosage range. The ethanol extract of kaempferia galanga can be applied to preparing medicines for preventing and/or treating infectious bronchitis virus infection. The kaempferia galanga ethanol extract is prepared by taking kaempferia galanga as a raw material, adopting ethanol as an extraction solvent, extracting, filtering and concentrating, wherein the ethanol is an ethanol aqueous solution with the volume fraction of 60% -95%. Further, the extraction is one or more of ultrasonic extraction, reflux extraction or leaching. Further, the kaempferia galanga extract and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials are used for preparing a medicinal preparation for resisting the infectious bronchitis virus. The preparation is preferably one of oral liquid, granules, injection or spray. The preparation method of the kaempferia galanga ethanol extract comprises the following steps: (1) Pulverizing rhizoma kaempferiae, and sieving with 40-80 mesh sieve (preferably 60 mesh) to obtain rhizoma kaempferiae powder; (2) Weighing kaempferia galanga powder, adding ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 60-95% into the kaempferia galanga powder according to the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:8-20 (g: mL
