- 1. The composition is characterized by comprising, by mass, 10-50 parts of SOD yeast powder, 5-30 parts of epigallocatechin gallate, 10-60 parts of Pleurotus citrinopileatus concentrate powder and 10-40 parts of phyllanthus emblica extract.
- 2. The composition of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising, by mass, 20-40 parts of SOD yeast powder, 10-25 parts of epigallocatechin gallate, 20-50 parts of Pleurotus citrinopileatus concentrate powder and 15-35 parts of phyllanthus emblica extract.
- 3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the phyllanthus emblica extract is prepared by the process of: (1) Pulverizing phyllanthus emblica to 50-400 meshes to obtain phyllanthus emblica powder; (2) Adding phyllanthus emblica powder into water, and then adding cellulase, papain and neutral protease for ultrasonic enzymolysis to obtain enzymolysis liquid; (3) Ultrafiltering the enzymolysis liquid with ultrafilter membrane with molecular weight cut-off of 500Da and ultrafilter membrane with molecular weight cut-off of 5000Da to obtain fructus Phyllanthi extract.
- 4. The composition of claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the phyllanthus emblica powder to the water is 1 (2-10).

Background Aging is a complex biological process in which body function gradually declines with age, and is a major risk factor for many chronic diseases (e.g., neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.).
