A nucleic acid molecule encoding an anti-novel amanita virus (nGAstV) nanobody (Nb) comprising, sequentially linked, a 5 '-untranslated region, a sequence encoding a signal peptide, a coding sequence for Nb, a 3' -untranslated region, and a poly (a) tail. The nucleic acid molecule can efficiently and stably express the Nb with immunological activity in vitro and in vivo, and experiments prove that the Nb has activity of inhibiting nGAstV replication, and the Nb neutralizes nGAstV by blocking the adsorption and invasion of nGAstV to host cells. The invention provides a new way for treating goose gout and a new means for developing medicines for treating fowl goose gout.
