Description

Guiding catheter for interventional therapy Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a guide catheter for interventional therapy. Background In cardiac coronary interventions (such as percutaneous coronary interventions PCI), the guiding catheter acts as an instrument delivery channel and an operating platform, the stability of which at the coronary entrance directly determines the safety and effectiveness of the procedure. In interventional operation, the front end of the guide catheter is required to be embedded into the coronary artery inlet and to be axially fixed, while the traditional guide catheter is manually maintained by an operator, so that the operation difficulty of medical staff is increased, the risk that the guide catheter slips from the coronary artery inlet during operation is increased, and the operation safety and the operation efficiency are reduced. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a guiding catheter for interventional therapy, which is used for solving one of the problems that the existing guiding catheter is easy to slip from the coronary artery entrance, easy to interfere with the normal flow of blood, and unable to dynamically regulate the anchoring length. The aim of the invention is mainly realized by the following technical scheme: a guide catheter for interventional procedures comprising a guide catheter body and an anchoring device mounted on the guide catheter body for anchoring the guide catheter body at a coronary access to reduce the risk of the guide catheter slipping off the coronary access. Further, the anchoring device comprises an anchoring mechanism at the front end of the guiding catheter body for anchoring the front end of the guiding catheter body at the coronary artery inlet. Further, the anchoring mechanism includes an anchor mounted at the forward end of the guide catheter body for anchoring the forward end of the guide catheter body at the coronary artery inlet. Further, the anchor includes an anchor balloon insertable into the coronary access opening, the anchor balloon being inflated or deflated to control the expansion and contraction of the anchor balloon, thereby controlling the anchoring and release of the forward end of the guide catheter body at the coronary access opening. Further, the anchoring mechanism further comprises a support body mounted at the front end of the guide catheter body for mounting and providing support for the anchoring balloon. Further, the support body includes a support sleeve for mounting the anchoring balloon and providing radial support. Further, the anchoring device also comprises an anchoring control mechanism which is positioned at the rear end of the guiding catheter body and is connected with the anchoring mechanism, and the anchoring control mechanism is used for controlling the anchoring and releasing of the anchoring mechanism and the coronary artery inlet. Further, the anchoring control mechanism comprises an air tap, an air path and a pressure regulating valve. Further, the air channel is embedded in the pipe wall of the guide pipe body, one end of the air channel is communicated with the anchoring air bag, the other end of the air channel is connected with the air tap, and the pressure regulating valve is installed in the air channel in series. Further, the anchoring control mechanism further comprises a display air bag, the display air bag is installed on the air path in series, the display air bag is communicated with the anchoring air bag, and the display air bag is used for synchronously displaying the volume change of the anchoring air bag in real time. The technical scheme of the invention can at least realize one of the following effects: (1) The invention discloses a guiding catheter for interventional therapy, which comprises a guiding catheter body and an anchoring device, wherein the anchoring device is arranged on the guiding catheter body and is used for stably anchoring the guiding catheter body at an entrance of a coronary artery so as to reduce the risk of the guiding catheter slipping from the entrance of the coronary artery and further reduce the operation difficulty of an interventional instrument entering the coronary artery through the guiding catheter, thereby improving the operation safety and the operation efficiency.
