Abstract

The invention provides a fire extinguishing protective device which comprises a base, a water mist sprayer and a foam curtain sprayer, wherein the water mist sprayer and the foam curtain sprayer are integrated on the base, the water mist sprayer is arranged above the foam curtain sprayer, the water mist sprayer is used for forming a mist protective layer, and the foam curtain sprayer is used for forming a foam curtain protective layer on the inner side of the mist protective layer. The invention can thoroughly block the damage of flame to the protection object, avoid the heat radiation of flame from penetrating through the fine water mist of the mist drop protection layer, and provide more effective protection for devices or equipment around the fire disaster.

Claims (12)

  1. 1. The fire extinguishing protective device comprises a base, and a water mist sprayer and a foam curtain sprayer which are both integrated on the base, wherein the water mist sprayer is arranged above the foam curtain sprayer, the water mist sprayer is used for forming a mist protective layer, and the foam curtain sprayer is used for forming a foam curtain protective layer on the inner side of the mist protective layer.
  2. 2. The fire suppression apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mist sprayer is capable of spraying droplets of multiple particle sizes.
  3. 3. The fire suppression apparatus of claim 2, wherein the water mist sprayer has two sets of first spray holes arranged in a row, and a plurality of second spray holes arranged in a row between the two sets of first spray holes, the first spray holes having a larger aperture than the second spray holes.
  4. 4. The fire suppression apparatus of claim 3 wherein said mist sprayer includes a spray tube and an orifice plate connected at the outlet of said spray tube, two sets of said first spray orifices being open at the uppermost and lowermost portions of said orifice plate, respectively.

The fire protection device according to claim 2, wherein the water mist sprayer has spray holes of a plurality of different apertures, the spray holes having different apertures are staggered, and the spray holes having the same aperture are provided in at least 4 rows, so that the sprays from each of the spray holes can cross each other to form a dense spray layer.
  6. 6. The fire protection device of claim 1, wherein the foam curtain ejector comprises a baffle plate, a main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes connected with the main pipe, the outlet ends of the branch pipes are provided with jet openings, a plurality of meshes are uniformly formed on the baffle plate, the jet openings face the baffle plate, and the ejected foam jet flows are in angular contact with the baffle plate.
  7. 7. The fire protection device of claim 6, wherein the number of the jet ports is not less than 4, and the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the jet ports is 80-90% of the cross-sectional area of the main pipe.
  8. 8. The fire protection device of claim 6, wherein the branch pipes are all mounted on a mounting frame, and the baffle is connected with the mounting frame through a support rod.
  9. 9. The fire suppression protection device of claim 6, wherein a surface of the baffle covers an injection range of all the injection ports.
  10. 10. The fire suppression apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a regulator coupled to the mist sprayer for adjusting the spray angle of the mist sprayer.

The fire protection device according to claim 1, wherein the water mist sprayer is connected with a fire-fighting liquid source through a first pipeline, the foam curtain sprayer is connected with a foam mixed liquid source through a second pipeline, a bracket perpendicular to the upper surface of the base is arranged on the base, and the bracket is respectively connected with the first pipeline and the second pipeline for supporting the first pipeline and the second pipeline.
  12. 12. The fire suppression apparatus of claim 11, wherein the fire fighting liquid has a fire suppression component dissolved therein.
