Abstract

According to the invention, the electric adjustment of the clamping distance between the connecting pipe and the anchor ear is realized, the operation steps are simplified, the adjustment time is shortened, the pole climbing efficiency is remarkably improved, the pole climbing process is more efficient, the operation personnel are not required to have rich use experience, the falling risk is electrically reduced, and the safety is improved.

- 1. The self-adaptive quick rod-climbing device is characterized by comprising a connecting pipe, a rear pedal, a front pedal and a hoop, wherein the rear end of the connecting pipe is connected with an adjusting guide rail which stretches out backwards, the rear pedal is arranged at the rear part of the adjusting guide rail, the front pedal is arranged at the front end of the adjusting guide rail and the rear end of the connecting pipe, the front end of the connecting pipe is bent to one side and is fixedly provided with a hoop sleeve, a U-shaped structure is formed between the connecting pipe and the hoop, a bent rod part and a straight rod part which penetrates through the hoop sleeve and is in sliding fit with the hoop sleeve are arranged on the hoop, and an electric driving mechanism for driving the straight rod part to slide relative to the hoop sleeve is arranged at the side part of the hoop sleeve so as to realize adjustment of clamping distance between the connecting pipe and the hoop.

The self-adaptive quick rod adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the electric driving mechanism comprises a motor support connected to the side part of the hoop sleeve, a motor is installed on the motor support, a driving gear is installed on a main shaft of the motor, a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is installed on the motor support, a worm is coaxially arranged on the driven gear, and a rack meshed with the worm is arranged on a straight rod part of the hoop.
- 3. The self-adaptive quick rod adjusting device according to claim 1 is characterized in that one end of the motor support is hinged to the hoop sleeve, the other end of the motor support is connected with the hoop sleeve through a clamp, and a protective housing is arranged on the motor support.
