A monoterpene compound purifying apparatus, comprising: An extraction tower (1) and a plurality of filler frames (2) fixedly connected to the inner side of the extraction tower (1); the elastic filling balls (4) are arranged, the elastic filling balls (4) are filled in the inner sides of the filling frames (2), and a plurality of through holes (17) penetrating the inner parts are formed in the inner sides of the elastic filling balls (4); the friction auxiliary device is positioned at the inner side of the packing frame (2) and positioned at the top and the bottom of the elastic packing balls (4) which are stacked and placed, and is used for stirring a plurality of the elastic packing balls (4) to rotate; and the extrusion auxiliary piece is positioned on the inner side of the packing frame (2) and is used for being matched with the friction auxiliary piece to extrude the elastic packing balls (4).

A monoterpene compound purifying apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the friction aid comprises two squeeze-net frames (3) provided inside the packing frame (2), and a plurality of the elastic packing balls (4) stacked inside the packing frame (2) are supported by the two squeeze-net frames (3).

The separation and purification of the monoterpene compound is a key link of the industrialized application, wherein the liquid-liquid extraction method is one of the main processes of the current monoterpene compound purification due to the advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption, strong applicability and the like. The core principle of liquid-liquid extraction for purifying monoterpene compounds is to utilize the solubility difference of monoterpene components in the raw material liquid and the extraction liquid to realize the transfer of the monoterpene components from the raw material liquid to the extraction liquid (namely, the mass transfer process), and the mass transfer efficiency directly determines the extraction purity, the extraction yield and the production efficiency of the monoterpene compounds. In order to improve the mass transfer effect, the conventional liquid-liquid extraction device is generally provided with a filler structure in an extraction tower, the contact area of two-phase liquid is increased through the filler, the laminar flow state of the liquid is broken, and the mass transfer resistance is reduced. At present, most of the commonly used extraction tower packing is fixed packing (such as pall rings and raschig rings) or static elastic packing, and forms a liquid circulation channel through a self structure to assist two-phase mixing. However, in practical application, the structural characteristics of the packing determine that a fixed flow path is easy to form in the circulation process of the liquid, and sufficient dynamic mixing is difficult to realize, so that the problems of insufficient mass transfer efficiency, poor extraction uniformity and the like still exist in the purification process of the monoterpene compound, and further improvement of the purification quality and the production efficiency of the monoterpene compound is restricted. The filler structure adopted by the existing monoterpene compound liquid-liquid extraction and purification device has the following technical problems in the actual operation process, and affects the purification effect and production efficiency of the monoterpene compound: 1.
