Claims (9)
- 1. The filter for purifying the high-purity vanillin comprises a shell (1), a heat preservation sleeve (2) distributed around the outside of the shell, a filter assembly arranged inside the shell (1) in an elastic sliding mode, and a filter pressing plate (3) arranged above the filter assembly, wherein the filter pressing plate (3) is connected with a driver at the top end of the shell (1) through a driving shaft (4), and the filter pressing plate is characterized in that the filter pressing plate (3) reciprocates in the shell (1), and solution is sucked between the filter pressing plate (3) and the filter assembly through changing the pressure inside the shell (1) below the filter pressing plate (3), or the solution is discharged through the filter assembly, and meanwhile the filter pressing plate (3) drives the filter assembly to move through a connecting mechanism in the moving process, so that the filter assembly is prevented from being blocked by impurities in the reciprocating movement.

A filter for purifying vanillin with high purity according to claim 1, wherein the filter assembly comprises an intermediate body (8) with a filter element, an outer ring (9) for rotatably mounting the intermediate body (8) and elastically slidably mounted in the housing (1), and a rotation mechanism connected to a lower end surface of the intermediate body (8), wherein the rotation mechanism is configured to rotate the intermediate body (8) in the outer ring (9) when the intermediate body (8) moves vertically, and to generate a filter residue cleaning effect by rotating the intermediate body (8) in cooperation with its own movement.

A filter for purifying high purity vanillin according to claim 2, wherein said rotary mechanism comprises a vertical tube (10) fixedly mounted on the lower end surface of the intermediate body (8), and a twist rod (11) screwed with the vertical tube (10), wherein the twist rod (11) is fixedly mounted in the housing (1).

A filter for purifying high-purity vanillin according to claim 3, wherein said connection mechanism comprises an elastic body (7) connected to the filter pressing plate (3) and the filter assembly at both ends, respectively, wherein the elastic body (7) moves the filter assembly synchronously before and after being stretched or compressed by the limit, and the filter pressing plate (3) moves.
